Shifting the load

There is lots of movement in the time fields right now as the breaking down of timelines and release of old systems and belief structures are being dislodged from the artificial constructs that were holding them together. These energies are in a type of desperate free fall and sometimes attempt to “cling” to something, rather than surrender back into God’s light or the void. This can be felt by the sensitive ones amongst us as something like pressure, stress, panic or fear. It is not necessarily ours to own, though it can feel quite personal at times.

This is a time of divine retribution when all souls who have been siphoning energy from others, manipulating or controlling them or even enslaving others are now being called up into the light to be seen.  This is not a judgement (by God or another) in any way but is a natural Universal Law.  As we approach these “end (of karma) days” all Beings are being called to look at what has gone before in order to heal and clear any imbalances. It could be likened to the “life review” that is said to occur upon passing over. However, we are not necessarily going to be dropping the physical body in this time cycle, merely healing enough of the frozen light or dark particles within our field to move into a higher vibrational experience and release ourselves from the enslavement of the reincarnational wheel that was put in place here on this planet thousands of years ago. Reincarnation back into another life experience on planet earth is not the only energetic experience open to us upon death of the physical body – though nobody told us that!

This healing/clearing process is happening at multidimensional levels and it may be felt on a personal/emotional level. It could be perceived by the experiencer as some type of emotional breakdown or sense of feeling completely shut down as stolen packages of energy are reclaimed and parasitic energy supply is cut off. 

On a different note and what is also occurring at this time for some people is a feeling of being lost.  This can occur as one strips away more and more of “who they thought they were” and holds a clear mind and heart for their true expression to come through… 

We begin to be programmed from the moment we arrive on this earth  (by parents, teachers, culture etc) and as we grow up we take on certain belief structures and societal expectations. We become “someone” who plays the role of a mother, a brother, an artist etc.  However in this ascension cycle as we embody more and more of the Kryst frequencies in order to come into absolute integrity with our Soul Self these programmed layers that we have taken on must be stripped away.  This stripping away of programming can feel very much like a complete loss of identity – “who am I now?” – and it can look like there is nothing solid around you anymore – everything is fluid, transient. As we look around us, see the truth that is hidden and let go of the attachments we had that made us who we thought we were, we come into that space of being “nothing and everything” and it can feel like death.  Finding the strength within our core to stay out of the mind when experiencing this, then allows for the surrender to Divine Will. This process occurs many times over as more and more of one’s soul aspects merge and are expressed and this can feel like a continual cycle of death and rebirth.  For someone on a fast ascension journey the ups and downs can feel quite chaotic and could cause you to ask whether in fact you are actually losing your mind…? Well, yes in a sense you are and that may be a good thing… when one has surrendered to Divine Will, been removed from the mental mind matrix and been stripped of identity and attachments the true and authentic Self is free to reveal itself and step into a totally new reality!

It has become clear that we cannot move forward if we are unwilling to clean up any mess that we have left behind or move away from the things that cause a huge energetic burden to us. We only stay stuck if we choose to stay stuck. At any moment you may choose to let go of what holds you back – and that includes your childhood, your parents, your marriage, your karma, etc…  all of this can be let go of as you call your power back and claim your sovereignty through the surrender to the Divine Will.  (That is not to say that you have to let go of these things as they may be loving and supportive to you but we are talking here of letting go of the things that are detrimental and unsupportive). It can be useful to have an in-depth understanding of what went before (karma, other lifetimes, contracts etc), but sometimes that is just not possible (or even believable) and so in that case we can either choose to stay stuck or move on. Continual processing and regurgitating of the same piece of your history can be extremely draining and unproductive and at a certain point will need to be superseded with new experience.  All of the pieces will be revealed to you at the right time – digging in and really doing the work is important but at a certain point, so is letting go.  You can’t see the beauty of the mountain when you are standing on it – sometimes you have to see it from afar to appreciate what is really there and this is so often the case with the things we experience in life.  Only with a bit of distance can we look back and see that everything really was in divine perfection even if it was extremely painful at the time.

New Technology

New energetic technology is being brought onto the planet through the Guardian and Krystal Consciousness groups. We finally have the tools to release the atomic harnesses that humans have unknowingly had to endure and through this we are seeing the release of enslavement technology from the physical bodies.  Of course this will have an effect at the larger levels and the controllers are not at all happy with this release. 

This technology is being safely held until it is fully anchored into the earth grids, at which time it will become freely available to those humans who have transcended the linear mental mind.  This availability is not intended to exclude anybody who sincerely wishes to experience energetic self mastery but is merely one of requiring an energetic resonance with the work.  One aspect of the work is to free the embodied human from the enslavement of alien agendas that have become insidious on the planet through the manipulation of both the human and the earth’s energy fields.  Through the use of numerous types of alien implantations, tracking devices, booby traps and the like the human energy field, (and particularly that of the starseed and indigo race beings), has suffered huge amounts of manipulation affecting particularly the mental and emotional bodies and causing the breakdown of the DNA and silicate matrix.  Many humans suffer such extreme emotional trauma that a complete soul fragmentation can occur and may ultimately lead to a total disconnect from God and Source Light.  As all mind control, war, religion (religious rituals and ceremonies, including those still using human sacrifice to this day), slavery, sexual depravation, sexual abuse etc, serves a reptilian agenda, it is clear that the ramifications of the release of these implanted distortions (and/or the traumatic memory of being a victim of such horror) from the field will ultimately allow humanity to become a physical manifestation of God’s infinite Light, Love and Power – in a Sovereign and Divine Krystal Human Body.

Needless to say, the controllers are not at all happy and are throwing all they’ve got at this, so there’s major disturbance in the field.  Look out for the latest batch of “distraction candy” for human consumption that is sure to be rolled out any day now…  that could be an economic crash, Olympic preparations, a celebrity breakdown or scandal, a new “must have” technology etc.  basically anything that distracts your awareness from your spiritual connection and the larger energetic playing field.  Recognising also that in all of the major sporting and celebrity events there is evidence of mind programming and therefore shielding and psychic defence techniques are highly suggested should you happen to be watching them and this suggestion is stressed more and more as we approach certain armageddon timeline activation dates (eg 9/11) and the end of the year. 

Just as the starseeded and indigo beings here are receiving new tools from our star families so, it seems, the controllers are not stunted in their ability to keep coming up with new ways in their attempt to maintain control of the fields and so we need to be vigilant.  Information and awareness through personal discernment are your strongest defense in this current energetic terrain and also it is extremely important to remember to stay out of fear through becoming the neutral observer and to release all judgement of what is good and what is bad. It’s just that things are what they are and the acceptance of that is part of our personal self mastery so as to remain stable in our core and not be drained by what we see playing out around us.

Without doubt, these are exciting and interesting times and for those of us wishing to step up to the next level we are really be asked to show what we are made of.  It is a wonderful opportunity for us to fully embody the love, compassion and wisdom that IS the God Source Light.

With so many things in our day to day lives that are specifically designed to distract us away from seeing the truth or knowing our true self, it is getting more and more challenging and at the same time more and more important to “keep your eye on the ball”. It is crucial to read the energy signature of the information coming your way. You can rest assured then, that the pieces of information you take into your field are the pieces that are really meant to be there.  It may not make sense to you initially but in time, it will form part of the larger picture for you personally.

It is clear that there is a major “dis-information operation” in play by “the other team” which takes several forms. On the one hand we see their agenda to unleash large amounts of information bearing sufficient half-truths that it will either pull in people’s attention and gain their trust just enough that they can then be “seeded” with thought-forms designed to be triggered at a specific time in the future or alternatively to confuse people so much that they really cannot make a clear decision on their own anymore. At that time they will ultimately give their power away and become even more enslaved than what they already are – with all hope of a self-generated thought gone right out of the window for ever!  An example of this might be their campaign to get us comfortable with the RFID chip* – toted as being helpful in emergency situations for identification and to access your health history but what they don’t tell you is that it can also be triggered or detonated (!) to produce frequencies that the body cannot tolerate, causing sickness, disease or even death. 

The key point of this part of the campaign is focused on making you feel safe so that you do not question authority – effectively giving your power away to a government that is “looking after you”.  These are follow on events that stemmed from the 911 timeline event which is an Armageddon timeline. This operation is designed to be self-policing and has actually proven to be quite successful already.  There are certain key words that you only have to mention and you will be scuffed at and find certain triggered individuals turning against you, even if they haven’t directly heard the conversation themselves (as there is an energetic recognition and they know you don’t think the same way that they do). It looks something like a scene from The Matrix where everyone inside the Matrix becomes the Agent Smith and proceeds to attack Neo (the Lightworker/Warrior of Truth).

This type of situation can feel  challenging to us but really there is nothing to fear here.  Information and awareness are powerful tools in your toolbox.  Through information you can make informed personal choices and through awareness nobody can pull the wool over your eyes. YOU are the power!

Coming from a different angle we have the “New Age dis-information operation” This one is very interesting and introduces “The Twilight Master”. 

A Twilight Master is a person or organisation who, when faced with their next level of spiritual initiation, has forgotten that they are supposed to be in service to God and has stepped over a boundary and into the area of personal pride and ego and maybe even into the lure of fame or personal financial gain.  When a spiritual teacher is unable to purify their ego and begins to be desiring of a leadership role (as opposed to finding themselves in a divinely orchestrated leadership role!) then that person becomes open to manipulation by dark forces that flatter their ego even more. Twilight Masters have commonly been inserted with programming from the False Ascension Matrix and use reverse coded techniques with their clients and students.  They might be either aware or unaware of what they are actually doing.

These Twilight Masters have all the “right” spiritual language and throw in key words and phrases like “we are all one”,  “love and light”, or they quote or channel Archangels or Galactics who are “coming to help us”. This campaign is also designed to “make us feel safe” and ultimately to give our power away and it’s a tricky one because when we hear the words they use, we think it must be OK… because they’re saying all the right things!  Again, you must get into the habit of testing the energetic signature of all of the information that comes your way – spiritual information included.  The “Twilight Master” is a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” – if you tune in and feel through your heart and listen to the voice inside of you (when you test whether their information is in alignment for you or not),  you will be guided as to where you should be. 
(This is surrending to Divine Guidance – you may want to go there but you will know that it is not really for you, even if all your friends love that person’s work).

The stakes are very high right now.  As more and more people awaken and become aware and begin to see these types of things, the guys on the other team really have to pull out all the stops because they can see that they are losing control over the people – we can see them!

It’s been quite amazing to see that there seems to be something “built-in” to many humans though, that stops them from talking about this new awareness and the spiritual experiences that they are having. This effectively shuts the whole thing down and keeps us separate from each other at a time when we really should be coming together. (Unity Consciousness). Many beautiful people I know still won’t even admit to their families and friends that they meditate! The main complaint I hear from people I come into contact with (through my work) is that they feel so alone here without a community that they can talk safely and openly with. There is still a fear in the collective that we will be judged or condemned in some way if we talk about spiritual things and this has really held back our work of coming together as a spiritual family to share and exchange the codes that we hold in our energy field.  As Starseeds, part of our contract is that we hold the codes that can activate others and help them to remember their soul mission and yet if we are unwilling to acknowledge and embody the truth of our experience by living it (and therefore activating it within ourselves), how then can we be of service?

Even within the so-called New Age spiritual community when in conversation with others, should a Starseed begin to talk about his/her experiences or awareness of extra-terrestrial forms of life, negative agendas on the planet etc, you can often see your listeners performing a “mind-slide” – basically where they slide right out of the conversation.  If you are lucky you might get an “ooh” or an “aah” response but often they just walk away as if the whole conversation never happened.  Sometimes when this has happened to me I have stood there wondering if I’m actually there at all, or did I just dream the whole thing!!  Clearly, we are not going to drop a “deceased loved ones” or an “extra-terrestrial” conversation on a person you just happen to be standing beside in a queue at the post office! – but when a person who seems to be spiritually aware and switched on suddenly “mind-slides” or even (as has happened to me on several occasions) begins to verbally attack you – you have to wonder what is really going on there and I would suggest that the person, no matter how spiritual they appear, may not be quite what you thought.  That type of behaviour bears the hallmarks of a human that is either on a completely different timeline to you, mind-controlled or severely in denial*. 

Mind controlled humans, or those aligned to the False Ascension Matrix, appear completely normal until the “switch” occurs.  It has even been the case where a spiritual teacher who is also a Twilight Master psychically or energetically attacks their student when it becomes clear that the student is advancing beyond the teacher or when the student is clearly aligned and the teacher is at risk of “being seen”.  The intention always is to disempower the student or to shut them down energetically and actually, this happens outside of the spiritual community also, when a mal-aligned person is “being seen”.  It is always the result of a negative ego and a most basic reptilian mind control mechanism, the “fear of survival” response. But should this be enough to shut down our Starseed mission – NO WAY!  

It would be nice to think that these things don’t exist – but they do, it’s a fact and that is why it is so important that we recognise ourselves as Sovereign Beings and know that NOBODY can shut us down EVER unless we allow it. 

When you have asked to see “the truth” and this type of behaviour plays out right in front of you it can be quite surprising at first, but after a while it becomes the new “normal”. You may feel some energetic wobbles in your field as you acclimate to this new level of awareness or you may also feel sadness as “it wasn’t meant to be this way”.  When we came here as Starseeds to assist in the ascension of humanity I’m sure we didn’t know that we would be meeting an Agent Smith at every corner!  They could at least have given us a level playing field, don’t you think? 

But regardless of the interference we have to deal with here, there are still sure signs of the positive progress that is being made.  New techniques are coming on line in our “Defence against the Dark Arts” training and as we remove fear devices from our bodies and from our lives and really KNOW that we are invincible and impenetrable, then more and more can be revealed to us. Fear holds you paralysed – freedom cannot be felt until you move beyond all fear. At that time your soul mission will be revealed and then you will know really know the reason you are here…

Since the beginning of this year large amounts of fear have been releasing from the collective unconscious and many people have been experiencing feelings of uncertainty about what the future holds for them.

As we move further into 2012 the veils continue to lift and we get to see more of the layers that have held this perceived reality in place. What we can see quite clearly now is an extremely fragile system based predominantly on manipulation and control, greed and inequality. These systems are now breaking down.

For those of us who are already more awakened we are able to observe this from a more neutral state (- that doesn’t mean that we like what we see but rather that we are not pulled by it into negative emotions that would lower our frequency). But for those just awakening, to see this, can be quite a shock.  For the person really seeing things for the first time there is often a feeling of “I knew it!” that is quickly replaced by denial – “they wouldn’t do that… surely….?”

We are programmed from an early age that the systems put in place for us here, like the education, financial, religious and health care systems etc, have our best interests at heart – we believed that all our lives so of course it is a shock to see that behind all of these systems is a very precise network grid of manipulation and control set up to feed money/energy and life force back into the system to be used and recycled – rather like the reincarnational wheel “system”.

We are talking here, of “master manipulators” – so subtle are the individual manipulations that it is often only when a series of them are put in place that the grandness of the scheme can be seen. That’s where the deception lies because it is in the series of smaller moves that we innocently accept, often without questioning, that the foundation upon which these massive systems is built. So complex is this, that it’s difficult to pull apart the pieces to see where it all began.  If you are not willing to begin researching all the way back to Sumerian or Egyptian times when this really began then a starting point might be pre WWI – which is an approximate 100 year timeline – or the space between WWI and WWII.

Understandably then, many people experience a state of denial for a while as the body/mind tries to make the necessary adjustments required to come to terms with this new information – which the heart knows to be true. A period of integration is often required because we are being asked to release some of our core beliefs and replace them with truths, some of which are so “in your face” we have trouble believing how we could have missed them for so long! “The bigger the lie, the more people will believe it” is an expression that springs to mind!

Some people will still choose consciously to ignore these truths and attempt to carry on their lives in the same way as they did before but you can’t un-know what you already know and by choosing to ignore something you know to be true you are setting up an imbalance in the body that will need to be addressed at some point.  Choosing to live in a state of denial is quite a fear-based choice and when one professes to choose Love, the imbalance within that Being becomes evident.

Thankfully, the Universal “battle” of Light vs. dark is being greatly assisted by the increase of photon energy and solar flares and as the earth’s geo-magnetic field changes, the magnetic pull of polarity is gradually releasing.  It is our ego mind that is pulled towards polarity and back into the matrix but our hearts are pulled towards Unity Consciousness.

We often refer to our ego as “the mental mind”. “Our mind” is not really in our head but is an energy matrix situated in the area of our solar plexus chakra. As our solar plexus chakra is a 3D chakra it becomes the control centre for our 3D mental mind or mental body.

It is not by accident then that these “master manipulators” have plugged their feed line directly into the solar plexus of humanity – literally through the manipulation of the 3D energy field of the earth and through the use of frequency targeted psychotronics**.  With even just a basic knowledge of the workings of the solar plexus chakra we know that it is involved with issues around self worth, self doubt, self confidence, power or lack thereof, control or lack and so on. When we don’t know who we truly are it is easy to become controlled by others and when a part of yourself is being parasitized by a system that tells you what to think and how to behave it is very difficult to see another way of being or behaving, and that is why it has been so difficult for humanity to wake up and “see the truth” – it has very deliberately been hidden from us and these systems have been set up to keep us all “plugged in”.  It is also why it is so vitally important at this time that you take steps to raise your frequency beyond that of a 3D consciousness. When you are still “in your mental body” you are susceptible to mind programming that is designed to keep you from becoming “soul activated” or Higher Self connected.

With all the intensities of 2011 left behind many of us arrived in this most exciting year of 2012 full of hope, optimism and New Year’s resolutions… Hopefully you found time to rest and gather your strength over the holiday period because, as you are probably already well aware, January 2012 has kicked off at a great speed!  This has been fuelled by several very intense solar flares, which have been causing geomagnetic storms strong enough to cause disruptions with electronic devices and our nervous system. According to Jason Major of Universe Today “The M8.7-class flare that erupted from the Sun early on Jan. 23 sent a huge wave of high-energy protons Earthward, creating the largest solar storm seen since 2005”.  These energy protons can affect our physical bodies and when my physical body is feeling “smashed”, the very mental part of me finds it useful to have a reason for it so I felt somewhat appeased this week to discover this “reason” for feeling the intense pressure in my head, the “whizzing” feeling, the struggling to ground, dry mouth, hot flashes, exhaustion and heart palpitations that passed through my body periodically. Phew!! It felt like “the big squeeze” and then it released, then it would squeeze again – hmmm… rather like contractions …  and here we go again, because there is just no escaping this spiritual birthing process that is 2012 and beyond!

2012 will bring a great many changes for a great many people.  These changes will be experienced in a good way or a challenging way depending upon one’s state of mind. Solar flares bring higher frequencies on to the planet that affect the human energy field and our central nervous system.  It activates our DNA and helps us to “wake up” to a new level.  In a sense these solar flares, along with cosmic and stellar rays act as triggering devices causing a “shift”.  It is this “shift” that can be experienced with ease and grace, providing one is willing to make the required changes and engage with one’s soul, or it can be experienced as a series of traumatic events in one’s life – at the very least some slightly difficult life situations to deal with.

When a person struggles to surrender to the heart/soul and persists in allowing the mental mind/ego to direct their life, challenging times are presented as a type of learning opportunity – like a choice point. These challenges are brought in to the person’s life, designed really to help them “wake up”, though some people may choose to see it as a sort of punishment or big test. This type of thinking seems to attract more and more of these challenging events and we hear people say that “its just one thing after another”. But everything in this Universe is a vibrational match and we actually draw experiences to ourselves based on our state of mind/consciousness.  So at this point the ideal would be for the person to step back and say to the Universe or God “OK, I surrender.  Show me what I need to do next”…  But more often than not, the person fights to control things even more and turns away from God completely (having “no faith” in a benevolent God or no faith that things will ever change). A total disconnect can occur which may go on to a complete breakdown of the body, mind or soul and this can be seen in the person suffering an acute life threatening illness, emotional/mental breakdown with thoughts of suicide, severe chronic depression and we can even see those who appear as lost souls.  It is probable that we will see more of this type of thing playing out on the planet during the next few years as people strive to integrate and acclimate to these new energies.

As we have “free will and choice” here it could be said to some degree that these people really are choosing that experience for themselves.  (In saying that I recognize that that statement will bring a cry of protest from many who read this… As with many things there are levels and levels of context to this and you can argue karma, inner child wounding, genetics and on and on…  The truth is that we really don’t know 100% why a person chooses to suffer or experience what they do but there is always a clearing process involved and when these things have cleared they feel better.  The clearing could involve clearing addictive or disempowering behaviour patterns; abuse, self-hatred, self abuse patterns; genetic lineage disease patterns; mind control grid clearing, frequency restriction breakthrough, disconnection/connection to God and so much more…).

By and large, this type of pain and hardship can be avoided if one chooses to engage the heart and allow the soul to guide them – everything can be healed, miracles can occur.  There is a process of “letting go” and “surrender” that is required and it can cause some emotional pain but by being true to your heart, over-riding mental programmes of restriction and control, being self-sovereign and maintaining a role of observer-witness in the now moment you can avoid getting caught up in a drama of a situation that cannot be changed by you at this time.  This is also particularly relevant if you are in the situation where a friend or family member is experiencing some tough times and the “drama” is not yours. 

A theme for this year also, I feel will be around relationships – letting go of the ones that are not supportive to your emotional and spiritual growth and the creation of new, or the upgrading of existing relationships to a new level of expression.  When you are being asked to just observe and not get caught up in the drama of any given situation then I’m sure you will agree that personal relationships are the big burrito!

For me, I feel that this year’s primary focus should be firstly upon our connection to God and being fully committed to our Soul at whatever level of service we agreed to and secondly, health – of the physical body primarily, because approached in a correct and conscious way it will also affect the health of the emotional, mental bodies and spiritual bodies too. 

Actually these two points are interchangeable really as in order to take on the full level of service to which you agreed you will need a healthy physical body to work with and equally when you are driven by a desire to create a healthy body, in a conscious way, you will become aware of the spirit or life force that is in everything and that connects us to everything.  (I am not talking here of the “body beautiful” approach of reduced calorie intake, spray tanned or surgically enhanced physical body but of the living physical vessel in which your spirit resides while it walks on this earth plane). 

Everything has an energy signature and everything you put in your mouth or even on your skin will either support your body or be detrimental to it.  As everything holds a frequency… you can either feed your body uplifting high frequency foods or you can consume low frequency, toxic or dead and dull foods.  You are what you eat… the frequency of the foods you consume affects the way you think…  when you become aware of frequencies in this way you cannot help but also become aware of the living life force that is your physical body.  It’s not a big step away in consciousness then, to become aware of whether you honour or abuse your physical body. Taking time with this awareness opens you up to the possibility of working on your emotional and mental health at the same time that you are working on your physical health. If you can, take a moment right now to reflect on the frequency of the food that you put into your body today or yesterday.  Was it filled with life force and supportive to health or was it flat, heavy or dull energy?  Do you feel good about your food choices? How did your body feel after consuming it? 

Try to get into the habit of thinking in this way and with just a little practice you will soon be able to “tune in” to the foods before you purchase them so that everything you consume will absolutely be nourishing to the body.  As you look at an item in the shop or on a menu just ask: “will this be supportive to my body or detrimental?”.  Hear the answer from within, override any mental interference and then make your choice…

By the same token: as every thought holds a frequency you can feed your body high frequency thoughts: love, gratitude, compassion, etc or low frequency, toxic thoughts like hate, revenge, anger, distrust or self loathing.  You become what you think…

The physical body is the vessel that houses your Soul or your Higher Self.  It is very difficult to house the Higher Self in a low vibrating physical body.  If your intention is to know and engage with your Higher Self then you would benefit from raising the frequency of your physical body.  This requires the physical transformation of every cell, every atom of your body.  Your body is really an alchemical vessel that is transforming from a dense 3D human body into a body of liquid light.  If that forms even a small part of your understanding of what you are here to do then you can see how important it is to fill your body with life giving and light supporting foods and thoughts.  No lightbody was every built on fast foods and toxic thoughts (or relationships)!

Some affirmations that you might find useful:

So as the structures and systems of control that make up this 3D illusion continue to crumble and fall all around us it can be challenging to “hold your centre”, and stay out of fear but really, is there anything at all that you can hold on to and know will always be there, other than your own true self, your consciousness and God?  Certainly that is worth investing in – your connection with the Divine.  When all is said and done it is your consciousness that returns to God, as you are: infinite consciousness.  Through thick and thin, no matter what life throws at you when you can remember this YOU WILL BE OK…! And if everything in this Universe is a vibrational match… when you can hold the vibration of love within your heart, the things that life throws at you can be Oh… so beautiful!

So, make sure you keep your heart open to love…

A number of years ago I read somewhere that one should be very conscious of one’s emotional state on New Year’s Eve, as that is the energy that the person would carry over into the New Year and it would set the stage for what one would experience that year.  So since I read that I have always chosen to spend New Year’s Eve in a quiet and peaceful space.  For me, the years that followed were filled with a feeling of inner peace and connection.  New Year’s Eve 2010 proved to be a different experience though and so did the year that followed…

My little dog Shelley had been ill on and off for several months leading up to Christmas, at times we didn’t think she would make it, but she made a big effort and there she was tucking into her Christmas lunch with us, as usual.  Within a few days though, she had gone downhill again and was admitted into hospital the day before New Year’s Eve.  Try as I might, I could not avoid the stress I felt with her in hospital on New Year’s Eve.  Nothing seemed to be able to calm me, my rational mind seemed useless and meditation seemed impossible.  Shelley came home on New Year’s day just to deteriorate within a couple of hours and then to pick up again by the next day, to go downhill again and then to pick up again.  And so began my stressful 2011…

Mid January Shelley made her transition and grief overwhelmed me.  I spent days just meditating and crying as I worked through the grief, experiencing the many levels involved in such a process. “The silent witness” part of myself observed that not only was I grieving the loss of my dog but (to my surprise) the loss of my mother and a girl child/pregnancy both many years ago.  As I observed the deeper levels of this grief I realised that I was releasing grief that I had (unknowingly) suppressed for all those years – somehow Shelley’s passing had unlocked all of that so that it could be cleared away and processed more fully now that I had the level of awareness to do so.  Shelley had always felt more than “just a dog” – she truly had felt like both mother and daughter.   In my meditations I was shown that this was a female line ancestral clearing and I was given much understanding about how everything linked together – how when we can see beneath the surface of a situation there is always so much more at play.

A month later, I was rushed into hospital with a condition very similar to that which Shelley had died from – I had no prior symptoms or warning, it literally happened overnight, one month to the day.  So here I was now, about to enter the Medical System and my “silent witness” sprung into action once again, giving me a running commentary of the things I needed to be aware of.  (see April 2011 newsletter “Information Express”).  This was the last level of the ancestral clearing coming through on a physical level now to finally be released.

I had decided to take on a course of study through 2011 so I also found myself in the Education System once again.  Having missed the first few weeks of the course due to being in hospital etc I had a fair amount of work to catch up on and I found it very difficult to get back into this type of study.  I had a couple of really great and inspirational teachers and I loved what I was studying but as the year went on I began to see the hidden layers of the Education System and the Governmental restrictions that are put in place for various reasons, many of which I am sure would be labelled as a conspiracy theory…  It was disappointing to see such controls in a place that I thought would be all about opening one’s mind and again it showed me beneath the surface.

Half way through the year I added on an extra subject to my workload – it’s a subject in which I already hold a B.Sc, but for various reasons I needed to complete again (!) and to be honest as I already had a complete working knowledge of the subject I thought I would be able to bump it off quite quickly and easily but to sit in that classroom was the hardest thing for me…  I was hearing information coming from the teacher via reference books, published research articles and scientific studies that every cell in my body knew was hogwash.  Some of the information was completely in opposition to what I had learned previously and also contradicted information put forward in the two other two subjects I was studying. My guides were up in arms about this and telling me that the research was biased and the studies flawed (and to not take this information on) and yet in order to pass this exam I knew that I was being programmed, in a way, to learn and know this information.  I raised many questions in class about the authenticity of some of the claims and research and I was shut down (it felt like shot down!).  At one point the teacher actually said to me that “not everything is a conspiracy Karen!”.  I had not brought the subject of conspiracy into the classroom…  I wonder how that word got in there, though my guides were smiling saying “yes, everything reveals itself in due course…” I was extremely disappointed at the amount of disinformation that was put out there and prompts me to stress the need to educate yourself via many different sources, be open to opinions outside of the mainstream and trust your inner guidance.  Most importantly, when something feels “off” – trust that feeling.  Not all of the people who deliver disinformation are aware that they are doing so – it’s just another level of the masking that goes on here in this 3D reality.

What I observed from this experience is that, the Education System is not a place for me and it does not produce creative thinkers.  In the classroom I was being asked to work from a very left brain mental level of myself when for years I have been working from my right brain and through my heart.  It was very hard for me to get back into my head in that way and I could see and feel a type of fragmenting going on inside of me.  Because so much of my daytime was taken up with being in the mental level, my night-time was spent catching up with information that my guidance wanted me to know and my sleep-time was very disrupted.  It made it very difficult for me to be as calm and centred as I usually am and I began to feel huge amounts of stress and internal panic beginning to build within me.  It was interesting to observe myself going through the feelings whilst at the same time knowing that it’s not really who I am.  It took a concerted effort though not to spin out at times and I pondered that this might be the type of feeling that sends many people off running to the doctor for anti-depressants and sleeping tablets.  I was grateful that I could observe this in action and not be swept away with it, thereby avoiding my own trip to the doctor! While I loved the course on one level, I knew it was detrimental to most of the other parts of my Self and I was extremely thankful that I was almost at the end of the year when this realisation finally came through. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that had it not been for the space held by those two wonderful teachers, and the personal experiential information they shared with me (of an energetic nature and therefore appealing to my right brain), I would not have been able to see the year through.

This year in the classroom it became very clear to me that I was not in the right place – I experienced that personally – and I would suggest that if you are feeling similar stress that you ask (and answer yourself very truthfully) “Am I in the right place?”.  If you are not then you need to put a (short) time frame in place for when you will move yourself out of that wrong place.  You can’t hold out indefinitely, you will need to move otherwise you will be setting up a situation that will definitely prove to be detrimental to your health on some level – the only question is “when?”.  The quicker you can move away from the wrong place, the better.

Sometimes you just have to go through something personally to really understand it, you have to live it to embody it and you have to feel it to heal it.  I experienced a great deal this year, I learned an awful lot and more than anything else I have learned to let nothing come in between your connection with your Self and God, for only in that place will you find inner peace and love.

For me 2011 was a very tiring year.  I would say that most of the people I spoke to at my stand at the Mind Body and Spirit Exhibition (Sydney) in November 2011 echoed that in their personal lives too, as have many of my clients and friends.  I see now that 2011 was another level of our Mastership training.  I sense that 2012 will be an even bigger year in terms of the shifts and changes that will occur before we are fully through to the other end of this birthing process into a new reality and a new age.

New Year’s Eve 2011 for me was spent in quiet contemplation of what I had learned and experienced that year.  I felt at peace with all that I had been through and the challenges that I had faced and I gave gratitude for the many beautiful things that had come into my life.  To be sure in 2011 I had also experienced much beauty and love and a profound connection to Mother Earth. 

So if one’s emotional state on New Year’s Eve does set the stage for what one experiences the following year, so far 2012 looks pretty good…

The world continues to change on a daily basis and without doubt the Light that is entering our planet is the reason for those changes, either directly or indirectly.  Some of the most amazing things we see around us are created directly from the light, whether that is the regrowth of forests destroyed by fire, the first buds of springtime, abundant fresh food growing in our gardens or the birth of beautiful new souls upon this planet.  Some of the most beautiful things created by man also come from the Light, through a heart that is aligned to Love – visual arts, music or the written or spoken word.

Unfortunately, these most beautiful things are not always seen and appreciated in their fullness, as much of the world’s attention is focused on the catastrophes, wars and media propaganda that is fed to us mostly via the square box in the corner that we call a TV (alternatively via newspapers, radio and the internet).  How sad it is that most of the “civilised world” would rather focus on the negatives than the positives of this great time on earth.

Certainly there are many things appearing very dark on our planet (HAARP, chemtrails, GMOs, TSA, fluoride, vaccinations to name just a few…) but it is only due to the amount of Light coming in that we have even been able to see what’s been going on right under our noses for so long – and that is a blessing.  It is only because we are becoming so Light that we can see so far into the dark.  Awareness of these issues is suggested in order that one can make healthy choices around them as putting ones head in the sand is a pretty dark place too! It might seem bad, but if something detrimental were coming silently towards you, wouldn’t you rather know about it so that you can reposition yourself out of harms way? Whilst some of the information appears to be overwhelming and scary I’d still choose the Light of Truth and Awareness any day and the trick is not to dwell on it but to be aware of it as something that may or may not come into your reality for a short while before it passes through. (In other words don’t get stuck in it!)

So as these apparent catastrophes are bound to continue for some time yet, we should realise that these are necessary events in order to clear all that has been hidden. The types of events that are thrown at us through the media including floods, hurricanes and earthquake etc, and whilst none of us want to see another soul suffering, the situation just is what it is and we can do little to change some of it.  If you find yourself in the middle of one of these events, then of course you have to deal with it but for those of us not directly involved our best choice would be to find a way to maintain our centre, remove ourselves from other people’s dramas (particularly in respect of the people around you) and focus on what we need to be doing to keep ourselves aligned and in the vibration of love.  If you feel called to hold a prayer vigil for those beings suffering then do so – that may be your part of the piece – but otherwise and for those not so called, know that everything is exactly as it should be.

At the same time, media is also feeding us diversion propaganda – weddings or funerals at sea…  This type of information or dis-information depending upon your viewpoint is very specifically designed to take us away from where our heart wants to take us.  Again, something we need to be vigilant about.  Anything that takes us out of our centre and into herd mentality should be run through our Truth Vibration filters to check whether it is information that we should be taking in or not. (Actually everything should be run through our Truth Vibration filters really…). These types of events are often not quite what they appear to be on the surface and it is as we open up to the multidimensional levels of ourselves that we can see through to what is being hidden.  It’s interesting to observe also, that the very types of information that we should be told about are woefully missing from mainstream media but as more and more of us awaken to this awareness we are finding alternative ways of finding and sharing the information that we need.

Truly, what you focus on, you draw towards yourself – every thought has energy…  Have you noticed that when you are looking for a new car and you have a particular make/model in mind, that you see them everywhere… or ladies – when you are pregnant or wanting to become so, that everywhere you look there are women with full ripe baby bellies or newborns…   what you focus on, you draw into your awareness, positively or negatively.  If you focus on all the bills you have to pay, more seem to keep coming or if you can’t stop thinking about all the things you have to do, very soon you begin to feel completely overwhelmed and yet if you just take the time to stop for a moment centre yourself and breathe quietly and gently…  then proceed taking one step at a time, everything becomes much more manageable.  Practice the art of letting go and letting God. The art of Surrender.

We are living through some challenging time on this planet but really… it’s OK.  It’s the vibration of fear that makes us think that all is not good but when we can remove ourselves from it we quickly realise that actually all is love.  When we hold a positive vibration of love in our hearts, we really can change the world.  Collectively that is what we are here to do together and that is Unity Consciousness.  Many of us all focusing together on the creation of our beautiful new earth – not because the one we have is broken but because we are choosing to create a higher vibrating experience than the one we are currently having. 

Many of us are already having beautiful experiences of heaven here on earth and in fact I have been shown that many of us have already moved into the fifth dimension in our emotional experience and are just waiting now to see that come fully into physical manifestation.  So I see this as a transition time now meaning that in our consciousness we have made the shift to remove ourselves from the “mind control matrix” (there is no going back there once you are truly free from it!) and it seems that we are almost left adrift in a reality where the “old” is well and truly gone but the “new” has not yet materialised itself. When I look at the levels of this I see that we are still building our new energetic platform and it is through our thoughts, vibration and alignment to the Christ/Unity Consciousness that it will manifest as a physical reality. 

What I see before me is truly very beautiful indeed and I know that whilst it is not the same experience that everyone is having at this moment, I know it to be a potential for everyone, as we are all awesomely powerful creative beings and it is our divine birthright to be able to create this for ourselves. Previously we have created for ourselves very unconsciously and then been very quick to blame another person for our perceived “bad” experience (rather than take full responsibility for what we created) but hopefully we are way past that type of thinking now as we begin to step into the true awareness of our experience here.

For those of us who are looking ahead to a future that looks quite dark, bleak and stagnant – this is another wake up call for you… I cannot not say this…  you are creating that reality for yourself!! We are at such a pivotal point in our ascension process now that we really should not be missing this opportunity to correct our thinking and behaviour if we need to.  All of the energies are so amazingly abundant (particularly through this next six weeks or so of astrological alignments) that it would almost be a crime to not use this supportive energy that is so freely given to us.  As always, check that your alignment is with the Divine – it is probably not beneficial to be focusing on manifesting a Porsche, however, if that needs to be part of your learning experience, then so be it… We are gifted here with “free will and choice” which has been our blessing or our curse depending on how we have used it. But never before have the choices that we make revealed themselves to us so quickly and completely.  In the moment that you make your behaviour choice the Universe moves to begin to bring that experience to you.  With our choices alone we can create a perceived heaven or hell.  Sometimes we cannot be quite sure what the experience will be exactly but if the decision was divinely guided and heart centred the experience will be more love filled and supported than any selfish or manipulated decision could ever be.  Truly these are exciting times and we are being given the keys to the kingdom…  Everything is open for us to create with  – whereas previously we had just seven colours to paint with – now we have a full colour spectrum.  Where once we had only one octave of notes with which to play our tune – now we have a full twelve octaves with harmonics and sub harmonics, tones and frequencies.  How exciting is that?!

If you recognise that you are in a Transition time then, recognise also that it is a time to be extremely vigilant with your behaviour on all levels.  Whilst some of us have been completely released from the mind control grids, others of us are not fully there yet.  When we are going through Transition we can sometimes “think” that we’re through to the other side and we’ve made it or that we can rest there a while when in fact it is actually a time to be more active and vigilant than ever.  In this space of Transition our thoughts are even more powerful and can propel us forwards or backwards in a blink of an eye, which is why we need to be continually centring ourselves, checking that we are aligned and in our heart and more conscious of where our thoughts are taking us.  As we strive towards Unity Consciousness, there can be no room for judgement, separation or elitism.  No one person is better than any other – no single drop in the ocean more important than the next.  For each judgement you pass on a person or a situation there is a potential to create a divide and take yourself out of Unity.  To observe that same person or situation from a standpoint of compassion and neutrality is a level of mastery that can be learned only through your own ego purification and inner contemplation.  Be aware of your thoughts, be aware of your intent for we are being tested as to the purity of our heart and that is why it is just so important to get out of our heads and into our hearts – for it’s only there that you will find Love, Compassion and Unity Consciousness.

Stay in Unity, stay in your heart.

Things are changing very quickly on this planet now.  Layer upon layer of what has been hidden is now revealed and there is so much more yet to come. 

From the first week of March when we moved into the “Universal Cycle” of the Mayan Calendar – the co-creation cycle – time seemed to speed up.  In fact according to the Mayan Calendar each day and each night of this consciousness cycle takes only 20 days, whereas prior to March 9^th 2011, each day and each night lasted 360 days – so yes time IS speeding up in that respect. 

On a more personal and individual level what this means is that if there are things that you are procrastinating dealing with – whether that is tidying up and housework, projects, repairs, changing jobs or addressing issues with other people – these things will start to compound and build up now – the result will be a feeling of being overwhelmed, inundated and swamped.  This will take its toll on you physically, if you are not in peak condition, and the stress will show in your body at your weakest point and possibly in a few more places besides.  The lesson then is to deal with your stuff as it comes up, quickly and effectively to avoid having things back-up and break down.

In this last month particularly, large numbers of people have “woken-up” very suddenly and there is a feeling of urgency about them… they are searching for information at a high level and asking questions that one would normally expect only from an advanced student.  They are getting up to speed really quickly – some are doing this very smoothly and others are finding it more challenging.  There is a massive amount of information to take in, and again, depending on the individual point of weakness some of our “newly awakened” brothers and sisters are feeling the stress on physical, emotional or mental levels and sometimes all three.  For those of us who have been on our spiritual path for a while now, we have accumulated information gently, step by step.  Sometimes we would push ahead and other times we might have taken it easy for a while and had a bit of a break.  Sometimes our initiations were intense but we still had time to integrate them before the next level would come through and I’ve often referred to this as being like waves on the ocean that we’re surfing on or rowing a boat on. These used to be nice gentle waves, then they got more intense and then would ease a bit but now there really is no let up – they are intense and constant. These days the waves are like huge barreling waves from which you may make a clean exit or get dumped and smashed (energetically speaking!).  We are now also experiencing tsunami waves that change everything in our reality.  Our “newly awakened” have not had the benefit of the gentle waves where many of us first learned to paddle – they have joined us at this most intense of times and we must be considerate of that and put out a helping hand to them if need be.  As you do so keep a check on your ego – you are not to become their guru, (the age of the guru is passed) you are just holding their hand while their eyes adjust to this new level of light intensity.  It is important to remember that nobody is better than anyone else – we truly are all doing this together.

Major levels of propaganda are hitting TV, radio and You Tube at the moment. (The other team is at their best/worst right now). Everywhere you look it seems that new information is being revealed.  Things are being uncovered, the truth is coming out and yet…  there is so much contradictory information how can one possibly work out what is real and what is not – it’s very confusing and designed to be just that…  it is designed to confuse you so that you won’t really know what’s going on anywhere at anytime and it is designed to put you into certain mental looping patterns that hold you in a state of fear and confusion. (It is far easier to control a confused person that to control one who is standing up and demanding truth). Are you feeling less and less able to make decisions? Or feeling like there are so many levels to your awareness that you are unable to decide which level you should actually be focusing on?  (ie in a 3D world you would make one choice and in a 5D world you would make another – but you can’t quite work out which world you’re living in these days!!)  When you have begun to see the levels of control and manipulation that exist at 3D and now also at 5D, it can feel something akin to being in a sort of twilight zone – nothing quite fits anymore and you can’t un-know what you already know… so you have to try to find a way to make some sense of it all.  But how do you do that?  The answer is:  by getting out of your head and into your heart; by overriding the patterns of mental looping that are so attractive to the ego; and again, by getting out of the mental plane!  We are in a co-creative cycle – the only way forward and out of the confusion IS by following your heart.  You can’t analyse your way out of this one, it all has to come from the heart and you have to feel your way through it.  (95% of the ascension process is about clearing the emotional body – that’s why we FEEL so much these days). 

So with so much information available to us and so many people trying to tell us what to believe, what should we really be doing?  Well, we really are pushing for time now, like our newly awakened, we too need to cram in new information if we are to make conscious and right choices.  Time is speeding up and there is a sense of us running out of time… *

Free will continues to be available to us… however, due to the enormous amounts of dark energy and enemy patterning that is playing out at this time, I have never heard the Guardians speak with such urgency, when they talk of the need to inform ourselves.  When we are informed, we can make conscious choices and move away from the types of experiences that are undesirable to us. Unfortunately mind control is rampant in our society at present and it is exactly this “no need to think – just go along with it quietly, don’t question a thing…” type of mentality that the controllers are banking on. When we are not thinking for ourselves we become mindless and vacant and that is not how things are meant to be. We are powerful creative beings – we can create the life we desire (providing it comes from the heart).  Things can be so very different here if we just choose it to be so – YES we are THAT powerful!

So, as indicated, the Guardians talk of our need to make conscious choices in regard to everything that comes into our personal experience, pretty much, so this includes anything that we put into or on our physical body, our mental and emotional diet as well as how we nourish our souls – at this time, it seems that the battle for control of our soul is actually what is being played out here, so anything that takes you away from gaining the knowledge and understanding of the full power of who you really are as a soul is contraindicated – that includes anything that makes you mindless… drugs, alcohol, smoking, addictive behaviours, TV, etc and might also include religion or new age groups and healing modalities.

A few other areas for you to investigate in order to inform yourself as to what is right for you might also include:

Food – the foods that you put into your body will be either supportive or detrimental to health.  Research the truth about GMO and Monsanto.  Every food has a frequency… fresh fruits and vegetable, preferably organically grown but definitely free of pesticides and fertilizers will obviously be more supportive to the body than chemical laden varieties. As Mother Nature intended… because we are of the Earth.

Aspartame – (Nutrasweet, Equal, diet sodas) – research this ingredient thoroughly…  where it originates from, how it managed to get through the FDA (despite certain objections) and its side effects on your physical body.

Fluoride – Water – inform yourself on the issues of fluoridation in your drinking water.  Learn what fluoride is and decide if you would like to ingest that on a daily basis.  If you choose not to then research water filters – you will require a water filter that specifically removes fluoride as not all do.

Bottled water – research bottled water and find out for yourself if it is all its cracked up to be – don’t just presume it’s ok for you – research it for yourself.

Vaccinations – the Guardians made some reference to this subject in the last newsletter and the information continues to come to me around this.  Once again, it is all about our free will and choice.  We are encouraged to investigate and research this subject for ourselves, so that we can be comfortable with the choices that we make personally.  What is most important to point out here is that a level of a mind control grid exists around the vaccination program.  As a population, we are so indoctrinated into the belief that vaccinations are beneficial, that we do not question it – we are mindless on the subject and therein lies the danger.  Realise that doctors, nurses and the medical profession in general are programmed to promote vaccinations – (they are mindless in that) Now, would you really allow a programmed mindless person to make decisions that will affect your health, your life and that of your loved ones?  Investigate this issue for yourself – do your own research – and make that research wide reaching… don’t just read doctors reports and publicised vaccination trial results – dig deeper and read the opinions of independent scientists, homeopaths, anti-vaccination associations and health advocates.  Research this thoroughly, the pros and cons and then make an informed choice that works for you.  Make an informed choice free of fear – from your heart with your soul’s knowingness of what is right for you.

HAARP – GWEN systems – a targeted weather modification technology using ultra low and ultra high frequencies, around the earth in the ionosphere and deep into the earth also.  It has been suggested that this type of equipment has created droughts, floods, hurricanes, earthquake and tsunamis. As well as causing the death of masses of birds, fish, whales etc. These HAARP and Gwen stations are all over the world – it doesn’t just happen in America.  Inform yourself about what is on your own doorstep.  The propaganda of global warming, carbon emissions,  and the earth repaying humanity for what we’ve done may appear different to you afterwards…

The Medical System – If you should find yourself in a hospital bed or sitting beside a sick loved one, it is vitally important that you make informed choices about what is offered to you or them.  Finding myself in that exact situation recently I became extremely aware of how easy it is to give your power away to a system that is programmed to behave in a specific way – a way that is not necessarily supportive of you as a person (especially as a soul) with free will.  It’s very easy when you are feeling weak to let somebody else make the decisions for you as to what is “done” to your body by way of tests, injections and medications.  I probably earned myself the label of “difficult patient” when I questioned everything they proposed to me, told them I would consider their suggestions and get back to them when I had made a decision on it, asked them to research medication side effects and ingredients and then show me – only to reject (some of) them.  I am grateful for their care as I did get well, however, it is MY BODY and I get to choose what happens to it and I asserted that right within a system that is not used to working that way…  I would suggest that you, again, inform yourself on the subject of medications and what they do to your body as even “over the counter” medications contain substances that you would not consciously choose to put into your body.  We trust that these substances are safe but we’ve been lied to before…  (To be clear – I am not suggesting that you reject allopathic medicine completely but perhaps just find a balance between allopathic and healthy alternatives where possible).

Remember these are all about your personal choices.  What is right for you and what you believe, may not be right for someone else and that is completely ok and as it should be.  This is all about empowering yourself – you should not feel guilty about your choices – you have a right to choose, just as you have a right to speak your truth.  Unfortunately, the truth has not always been given to us, which is why we must now search for it ourselves and empower ourselves with that knowledge and information.  We’re calling our power back from those who have controlled us and taken our power away!!!

Lightworker Grids

Exciting times are coming – for some they are already here…  The Guardians have been showing me the many levels of grids that exist here – from the mind control and enslavement grids of our 3D earth to the higher consciousness “soul family” grids that we can connect to as and when our frequency comes into alignment with them and it is exactly at that point when we begin to feel supported in our work.  Many Lightworkers have felt so alone here for a long, long time.  For many of us there has been a sense that we know we are meant to be part of a community however, we have just not been able to find where that community is…  This is changing now though.  As we connect energetically (and sometimes physically) with Beings on a similar mission, or path of service, to our own, we truly begin to understand as an energetic reality that “we are not alone”.  These are “contracts and agreements” made at much higher frequency levels than the old “karma contracts” that we know of.  As we remove ourselves from the mind control grids of the 3D construct we are able to remove ourselves from the karma that held us there too.  So with the freedom to move beyond and into other levels, it is a great joy to experience this feeling as something real, especially if you have only ever had that expression as a mental construct before.  The true feeling, that so many of us are working together on this mission is so exquisitely exciting and feels akin to the feeling I had when I first took on the mission to come here to assist at this time.  I have no doubt that this same experience is available to each and every one of us – this true remembering…  it’s just a matter of timing and frequency that then brings into alignment the people with whom you will build the new “like-minded” communities of our New Earth and that’s exactly how we do it.  (For a sense of that feeling of community – I would liken it to the community on Pandora – if you haven’t seen it yet check out the Avatar Movie!)

*  Timing has become crucial for us now.  It has been shown to me in the way that the stargates, wormholes, templates and grids of the earth are moving around the galactic core that we have a very real “deadline” for this ascension process to take place.  Many starseeds and gridworkers are here precisely at this time to work in the fields and to assist in holding the gates open for as long as possible in order to move as many Beings (as would wish to go) through into another level of experience.  Energetically that means that these starseeds and gridworkers are holding higher than average levels of frequency and coding in their energy bodies on this plane of existence and at the same time working inter-dimensionally through the fields on many other levels.  From these levels, they are able to bring through extraordinary information from the planetary and universal consciousness fields. However, the other team have also used this as an area to place confusing and conflicting information making it difficult to know who’s the real deal and who’s not.  No judgement here – just realising that each being plays their part and the choice is yours as to which way you run with the information being presented.  My personal feeling is that we should not be waiting for or inviting other beings in to “help us”.  We are awesomely powerful creator gods ourselves if we just take responsibility for what has already been created (imbalance) and focus on creating Paradise on Earth (harmony).  “We are the ones we have been waiting for…” a beautiful and true expression, that applies right now.  We have a job to do – let’s get on and do it!  Holding Light, Sharing Love and actively moving towards the creation of our New Earth.

In the last few months of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 a great many souls scheduled their awakening process. This shift in consciousness is extremely encouraging and just exactly what we needed to counteract the seemingly endless amounts of dark agenda information that has been revealed even just in these first few weeks of 2011.

With so much that was previously hidden now coming up to be seen, it could appear that we are “fighting a losing battle” however, Guardian Consciousness has been talking at great length about this and how important it is now, more than ever, to hold the vibration of Love in our hearts.  This is the roller coaster ride we’ve been waiting for and we’re strong enough to ride it!

As always, when large amounts of light are brought into the grids, the same amount of the opposite energy is released and this is a part of why so much is revealing right now – and that is great news!  In that, we can observe a very interesting phenomena…  any Beings or groups of people (including companies, multi-nationals, governments, law makers etc) that relied on the energy of deception, manipulation and control for their existence, are beginning to get really uncomfortable…  they can see that “the people” are waking up and saying “no” to their controls and restrictions.  The people want to be free and they are angry with their controllers and an example of this would be the protests and riots that we are seeing all over the world this year. As these controllers fight to hold on to their control they are implementing more and more restrictions on the people who are fighting back. Light vs. dark, control vs. freedom…  Choose how you view these types of situations and consider for a moment… will you go into fear over this (perhaps agreeing with the Governments for even tighter controls or systems put in place to “keep you safe” or stop riots) or could you choose to see this as a way forward to positive change for the people of the world?  Is it OK for so many of our people to be restricted and controlled?  Are they right to stand up against this? Do you feel anything for these situations at all, or does it not affect you?

At this time as many more new teachers and leaders prepare to step on to centre stage the Guardians are talking about the need to be extremely vigilant with the use of our “personal truth monitor”.  Developing the skills of using our discernment and reading the energy signature of the person or information that is coming into our awareness has never been more important than now. When your radar is working you will spot an “untruth” instantly and be able to remove yourself from the situation and thereby avoid engaging your energy in something parasitic, negative, unsupportive or at the very least time wasting.

At this time, when so much is revealing, the consciousness grids are looking like a big mish mash of energies all swirling around together. Many people are also opening their awareness to that level and “picking up” some of that mish mash of information that is floating around, then sharing the information, without the benefit of a personal experience of it or discernment. It looks a bit like a free-for-all – grab what you can and run with it! Just because a person says they’re conscious doesn’t mean they actually are! (Use your personal discernment).

As the Light comes in and begins to swing the balance, those of the dark agenda are finding new ways to try to maintain their hold, and this is where personal vigilance is needed.  Many times in the history of this planet, controller races have hijacked energy grids, portals, stargates and wormholes and it still continues to this day.  In my experience I have seen the error in the new age thinking that everything 5D and above is love and light.  I have personally come across some really dark beings and agendas in many dimensions beyond 5D.  To be clear, I am not in judgement of the role that they are playing as a part of consciousness, merely recognizing that their energy and agenda is not one that I wish to align myself with. In reading their energy signature I am able to feel whether they are aligned to the Law of One and Unity Consciousness, or whether theirs is a personal (or group) agenda of manipulation and control.  I have had many experiences of these anti-ascension energies – you could call it my “Defence against the Dark Arts” training, but real, it is! 

So with this “off planet” training under my belt, what I am seeing now playing out in this physical reality is the manipulation of some of the new spiritual work that is all over the internet, in our bookshops and magazines.  Spiritual teachers, channelers, healing modalities, the list goes on. Some of the work is excellent in quality and vibration – absolutely inspirational and positive “light” work, but others I have come across absolutely repel me.   I can see that the energy is “hijacked” or “manipulated” and the messages are just a little off…  The words sound right but there is intent or vibration that is not resonant with how those particular words should feel. Words are very important – they hold a vibration and energy signature that can be read through the consciousness of your heart and THAT is what you need to align yourself to.  Don’t just hear the words… feel the words and read the energy signature of the message.  (As an example of this… it would be like somebody nodding his head to you but saying no – the two do not resonate with each other, they are not a vibrational match).

Guardian concern

Genetically modified food, chemtrails, aspartame, fluoride, vaccinations all continue to be a big problem – to our people and to the planet and the Guardians are talking again particularly about the vaccination programmes that are being put in place. They have shown me the extent to which the DNA is broken down by some of these vaccinations and it is of great concern to them – actually catastrophic – and they are working to find ways to bring about a repair to the damaged structure.  They have said though, that at this time their work must be focused on the awakening of as many Beings as possible and to the raising of vibration and consciousness in order to get as many as possible through this ascension gateway.  As ascension requires that our DNA be intact, conscious choices should be made at this time to protect and safeguard our DNA.

I am grateful that so many more people all around the world are becoming aware of these major dark agendas and that we can now see the faces of the people (scientists, government officials, businessmen and entrepreneurs) who are manipulated to create such major damage to our physical bodies and DNA.  We are once again living through the time of Atlantis with all of the genetic manipulations and the fight for power.  As a collective we are once again reconnecting through the cellular memory of the planet and we are beginning to remember what has been done to us.

Whilst we see the darkness of the pain and suffering that we as a collective people have experienced, if we deepen our connection with the Mother (Earth), we can open our sensitivity so much more – feel so much more, know so much more and it becomes much more possible to let go of attachments and restrictions as our energy begins to flow in the moment and we become the witness.  Having this witness consciousness makes it somewhat easier to see the truth and to not be so affected by the pain of it. At a time on this planet when everything “seems” so uncertain, it is through this connection that we will be guided to be where we need to be.  Our feeling of safety will come, not from having control over our environment, for indeed we do not have that, but from being in the moment and connected with higher consciousness.

As we spoke of last time, from March 9^th this year, time will speed up and we have so much more that needs to be done.  As always, the choice is yours at which level you wish to participate but if you are choosing ascension it is important that you make clear and conscious choices as to how you spend your time and energy.  If you are choosing ascension but not actively engaged in your ascension process and focused on the present moment (being in the now) then you are missing out on some valuable soul growth opportunities.  The energy is so supportive of our ascension process right now, with frequency coding pouring in every moment… really this is just such a great time to be doing this work and I would encourage you to be doing your personal emotional/mental clearing work and perhaps to add some daily affirmations to your New Year’s List of things to do. Perhaps something like these two detailed below or similar in words that are comfortable to you:

“I align to my Higher Self and in every moment I am becoming more and more aware of my soul contract and what I came here to do”.

“I am actively working on all levels of my Being, to release the fear so that I may move beyond all restrictions and limitations and see what I need to see”.

Another intense time on planet Earth!!  I know, I seem to say that every time but the energies just keep ramping up and up with every lunar cycle that passes – not that there should be any surprise there as we’ve been saying for a number of years now that this will indeed be the case as we get closer to the activation date in 2012.

Since my last newsletter, I’ve observed several cycles of ebb and flow.  In the first instance I could see the new energies coming in, I could see the clarity of purpose, I could see what needed to be cleared out of the way – the old energy that needed to be released to make way for the new and all the while as this energy was building and building, I was almost holding my breath with anticipation waiting for it all take off at great speed – just to find that the energy seemed to dissipate away and everything fell flat.  The momentum seemed to have gone and all I was left with was a feeling of extreme fatigue, confusion and a sense of a deep loss.  Upon further investigation, what was revealed to me has been absolutely fascinating…

At some point in our history down here the Controller Races were able to take charge of a portion of the Oversoul or Monadic grid. Some of the Starseed or Indigo Beings down here were thereby prevented from full access to all parts of Self.  We were able to “see” or “know” (or at least “get a sense of…”) what we came here to do but were not able to fully activate that within ourselves – like as if a really important piece of the puzzle was missing. In fact, it was – our piece was stolen from us before we even had the knowledge that the piece existed – but just because we weren’t using it at the time, doesn’t give someone else the right to come along and take it, but they did.  Therein lies the danger of not knowing all that you truly are…

Due to recent developments in the activation and release from control of certain planetary grids the Guardian Consciousness has been able to release much of the stolen Oversoul and Monadic consciousness to its rightful owners.  For me, this felt like a part of myself finally “coming home” and at the same time I felt the extreme and overwhelming grief for humanity  – that we should ever have had to experience parts of ourselves being taken away from us – our very divine birthright (to know ourselves as a part of God) stolen from us.  The grief I felt, so deep – it tore at my very core – what has been done to us down here… and how imperative it is that we all wake up and see this!

In integration of these returned parts of self, another level of clearing is required.  A processing from deeply within of what needs to been seen, looked at and cleared. We asked for a new earth – one of truth and transparency and yet we so often cannot face the truth that is within us. Through the process of going deeply within one creates the change profoundly without.  The microcosm and the macrocosm.  When one resists the change within, the external reality cannot change either. We ARE the change… It is not a state of doing; it’s a state of Being.

Whilst our minds are diverted to matters of the physical world we create an inner resistance to the ascension process.  When we focus on the commitments of work and home and family, of paying bills and getting ahead we are diverted away from what we came here to do and we are forgetting the spiritual part of ourselves. We chose to come here now to be the alchemical containers of change – to create the transformation for ourselves and the planet through our bodies, and yet we abuse our bodies and criticise them for their age or seeming lack of beauty and in that, we are inhibiting the transmutational process that yearns to evolve from within us. Another level of inner resistance occurs when we can’t get comfortable with ourselves. While it’s true to say that the ascension process is going on regardless of whether we choose to be involved or not, our active participation is what is required to create the change. It all comes from willingness to participate.

Literally we have to move heaven and earth for this transition to occur, but I have seen it as a reality on another timeline – we can do this if we choose to step on to that timeline now, so that we may fly free from the re-incarnational wheel of existence to which we have been bound for the longest time. Reincarnation back here on this earth plane is not the only option if you choose to surrender to your Soul.

For those of us to whom lost parts have been returned, another level of “seeing” and a new level of leadership is also being revealed.  It requires that we be able to see through the 3D illusion totally and still stay out of fear – hold love in our hearts and not go into judgement.  A test of self-energetic mastery, to hold this new level of consciousness awareness – purifying any remaining interest in personal gain, ego fulfilment through control or manipulation or fear of judgement by others.  At this level – it is not about us anymore… We are in planetary service.

At this time also with the return of the Oversoul and Monadic parts, many Starseed and Indigo Beings are waking up, some of them VERY FAST indeed and this is wonderful to see.  I know many more will follow in the coming weeks and months.

So what’s next…

There is a new impulse frequency of light that is coming through right now.  This will be re-enforced by the solstice energy band and it requires that you give time to embody these energies as quickly as possible.  In order to do that, the Guardians have suggested that you give adequate time to conscious connection, rest well and eat well and healthfully – particularly seeds and nuts to ground and metabolise the energy.  Also green drinks are indicated.  (chlorophyll, spirulina, green vegetable juices).  These particular frequency codes are to prepare the body. They are the threads that bond the protons and the electrons for the balancing of the bodies for the creation of the next level of the trinitized form.  These energies are connected to the Mother Arc energies for the reweaving of the trinity code upon the earth and the conversion of the carbon base of the physical human into more the silicate base of the ascended human prototype.  This is prototyping work that we are doing here as this physical ascension process has not been done before in the humans currently on the planet in this time cycle or on such a vast scale ever before.  Though the ancients are aware of it as an intended process they are not always understanding of its complexity of the physicalisation of the energies or the recoding at a subatomic level.  The teachings of the ancients are valid but not technologically or scientifically understood as a physical process and this has been due to the level of veiling that has been seen and experienced on the planet up until this time. 

This is about to change, as another level of the veil will be released on or around December 17^th.   This timing of December 17^th is particularly relevant due to the passing of a particular comet or stellar body which will herald the way for galactic frequencies to enter the planet.  Solar flare activity is also expected at this time and will exacerbate the symptoms of physical and mental overload for many people on the planet.  The period immediately following that date and for approximately three weeks will offer an exit point for many who have been preparing to leave.  They will either continue on a time loop as they have not yet been released from the reincarnational wheel of existence due to the nature of their distorted mental field construct or they will be released into other levels of experience dependent upon which station of identity they have been able to access at their time of exit.

These events are not to be feared, this is part of the process in this model of creation and the conscious evolution of a planet and her people.  The ancients have spoken at length of the need to return to the earth and connect with the land– simplify your life and engage with your spirit.

Moving forward still further… According to the Mayan Calendar we are about to enter a new level of the consciousness cycle. We are presently in the Galactic Cycle (where it’s all about ethics) and we step up into the Universal Cycle on 9^th March 2011.  In this new cycle it’s all about Co–Creation – (what will we choose to create for ourselves in the new timeline?) we will notice that time speeds up quite remarkably.  At present, each stage of the Galactic Cycle takes us 360 days to proceed through and process but from March next year each stage will now take only 18 days.  If you are the type of person that takes a while to get used to new ideas or finds it difficult to make changes or doesn’t like change or movement in any direction, you will be more likely to feel the pressure of this shift.  Begin to prepare for this now, by looking at your life and surroundings and beginning to make the necessary changes.  If you can avoid procrastination now it will save you much angst later on. I myself have been having lessons in letting go more quickly of things that are not in alignment for my highest good.  My guidance has been pushing me to tie up loose ends of matters outstanding and get on with important things NOW – and when I have followed that guidance, the outcome has been magical.  The Universe is giving us all a big push now and it’s supporting us to get things done, which is what so many of the Lightworkers down here have been asking for, for such a long time.  Now that the planetary field is becoming lighter so much more is achievable – make the changes from within, then take the learning out to the world…
