Riding the Waves of Ascension

Well I seem to have completely skipped past the November newsletter - apologies for that. Time has been moving incredibly fast and I had been feeling the pressure of the work I had taken on but still was able to get through a huge amount of it.

Then came the shift on 8^th November in to the sixth night on the Mayan Calender and for me it felt like everything came to a standstill. The flow came to an end and I was into integration time - which is of course what the nights of the Mayan Calender represent - it was a bit like watching the movie play with no sound - everything was happening but there was no emotional attachment, living in the now, completely in the flow. It was a breathing space when outside events stopped but the inside work began - having to go deeper and deeper into myself to find out what I was really seeing, feeling and experiencing.

The 8^th November sixth night energy for me has brought through realisation of all that I have achieved between November 08 to November 09 (Mayan sixth day) which I must now hold through (the Mayan sixth night) November 09 to November 10 - as a knowingness of my power and my ability to achieve what I set my heart to.

Then along came 11^th November 2009 - 11:11:11 - a trinity of 11s which is already a master number in itself and a combination 33, a Christ Consciousness number - all numerical coding to activate and trigger levels of the lightbody and DNA recoding. For me this was extremely intense energy that left me physically drained and exhausted and at the same time energetically charged so that I couldn't sleep - intense currents of energy running through my central nervous system and spine, tingling hands, fingers, feet and toes, back pain, hip pain - generally an all over body pain.

The 11:11:11 energy for me brought a series of very rapid completions. Awareness of things I have to let go of now in order to bring in new energies and new experiences that want to come in on this new energy wave. Some things that have been very dear to my heart have just dropped away - so rapid did it come through that it was just like someone had flicked a switch and the light went out on that area. Time to let go of it, its finished and I have an absolute knowingness that it is complete and I feel no anxiety or sadness around that. Even though I had spent time working towards creating those things - no, they just need to go now - to drop away from my life. It's such a turn around - but when you know in your heart its done you must follow that…

So that was my experience of the earliest part of this November energy - it may hold similarities to your experience…

True expression.

On a wider scale I've been seeing so much relationship stress, people feeling completely overburdened with all that is going on in their lives, all the things they are having to face up to and deal with. It seems that all that has been hidden is coming up to be revealed - it is becoming harder to cover things up and it will continue to be so.

As we move our bodies more and more towards holding a 5^th dimensional frequency, it becomes clear that our throat chakra, which is the 5^th chakra, or 5^th dimensional energy centre of our body, must become activated and aligned with the energy that typically runs through the throat chakra. That energy is one of True Expression and Diving Will. Many of us feel that we have no problem saying what we need to say, however, how many of us are actually speaking our truth on a moment by moment basis? Are we saying exactly what we mean and are we being impeccable with our word?

As the intensity of energy moving to pull us in to alignment with all that is Truth and Integrity builds around us, we are being pushed to open up and become clear and concise with what we are trying to say. For the longest time we have suppressed our truth - whether this stems back to the days of being burnt at the stake for speaking our truth (witch hunts and Joan of Arc), or if we learnt to suppress our truth for fear of the outcome on another level. The same too for many of us in personal relationships where we fear expressing our truth to the person we say we love. We could ask is that really love then? but we can see that it is a pattern within us that is coming up to be seen and released.

As we work to become conscious of these old patterns, of course situations will come up where we are given the opportunity to break through. The situations presented will bring up all of the old feelings that we would have felt in situations gone past - perhaps a sick feeling, headachy, nervous, fear, the feeling of wanting to avoid or run away, or the feeling of just wanting to let it go and say that it meant nothing.

What I've noticed for myself in situations like this, is that the more conscious I become the louder the signals and the quicker the signals - to the point that I absolutely know as a truth that I really MUST address this situation, I MUST speak to that person about it so that I can clear it, quickly and comfortably. To hold it in and not speak it is infinitely more uncomfortably that to be in Truth with myself and deal with it.

Current energies.

As we bring in more frequencies to the planet, so there will be an equal amount of energy brought up in polarity - light vs. dark - though in truth it is just a Universal Law not a battle. There is no value difference given to the role a Being chooses to play in his/her expression of themselves. We may observe Beings who appear to be playing on the opposite side of the fence to ourselves but our growth comes in the observation and acceptance of that not in the judgement of it.

I've noticed lately, that many Beings are getting pulled back into the mental plane once again - thinking, analysing - even though previously they were a "feeling Being" and because this is not a normal way of being for them they may be feeling just a little bit off center, lacking direction or unclear and because they are generally in their heart, they may not recognise this as a mental game - a mental loop that has triggered.

There seems to have been "a pull" on the earth grid at present, causing our mental mind, which we run through our third chakra to activate and pull us into a repetitive cycle of turning things around in our minds over and over. I've noticed a bit of ego behaviour creeping in where before there was none and that is a product of the energy being run through the third chakra, lower ego mind centre. (On a physical level - digestive disturbance, kidney and liver problems).

As I mentioned earlier, when we bring in more frequency there is always a balancing out and this tendency towards ego behaviour is again, just coming up to be cleared - no judgement in that, just observation. We are multidimensional beings - when we bring light in at a higher level it must filter down through all layers before it is completely grounded, therefore, as it filters down more and more of the dense energies are filtered out. I think it's fair to say that when we experience a time of intense energy downloads at high frequency, much is released at the lower levels - to the point that it may seem overwhelming in the amount of things that have to be dealt with at a physical level in response to that. (It's like the physical manifestation of the unseen energy work going on within). It is prudent to remember that it is a by-product of the influx of higher energies and not a return to our more unconscious days when we may have looked at our lives with dismay or seen it as a sign that we are just not doing very well. It also doesn't necessarily mean that you are "off track" because a big part of Becoming Conscious and our awakening and ascension process is the way we respond to situations that are placed before us - are you responding in conscious ways or are you being pulled back to old patterns?

So even with the "pull" on the mental mind, 3^rd density levels, that we are experiencing at this time, our job is to be conscious of that pull and not succumb to it. Remain grounded through the changes, centered and meditative - applying observer consciousness and awareness of personal ego. Very soon the higher frequencies will be integrated and this time will pass - though I feel it is representing a wave pattern of how these higher frequencies will be integrated into our bodies over the coming time. It is important to be as vigilant as possible in these wave patterns as each one we ride on top of without going under takes us up the levels to greater awareness. The earlier we recognise the wave patterns as they come in, the sooner we can reposition ourselves for a more comfortable ride - calling ourselves back into alignment, living our truth and being in integrity. Without doubt, these wave patterns will increase in intensity towards 2012 and making the necessary adjustments to our awareness now will benefit us as we go forwards. We also have the opportunity to show others how to ride the wave smoothly and efficiently - Shining our Light and leading the way for others to follow.

The Push and Pull

Well September has delivered us a power packed month, that's for sure! The heat is on and it's getting intense out there …!

Mercury has been retrograde of course and that has been bringing up lots of issues from our past that were not fully dealt with and released. On an emotional level we are being pushed to look at layers and layers of our feelings, right down as deep as you can go really. If this has been coming up for you, and if you were willing to go through this more fully, you may have gone into a dark night of the soul process - which is never comfortable… but always there is light at the end of the tunnel, if you just continue moving through it - and in that light you can find the gem that is waiting to be revealed.

Sometimes though, we just can't surrender enough to go into the "dark night" - I feel that when that occurs for us, we just "sort of" deal with the stuff - we tell ourselves we have dealt with it and on an ego level, we really believe that we have - but it surfaces again later… you see it coming and think to yourself… "Oh no, not this again - where is this coming from?" Yes, that's the one you didn't deal with quite fully last time - or another layer of it anyway and hopefully at this stage in our ascension process we are beginning to deal with more of those final layers than was possible before - trying to complete old 3d karma.

For sure there is a lot of ground work that has to be laid before this can be completed - it's a huge area to cover, this healing of the emotional body. For each relationship that we are involved in, there are more triggers there. Some of them we can just observe mildly passing through us as something that we used to react to but are now detached from and others just fly up from the depths and we can get carried away with all of the emotions surrounding them - it's like a tsunami that strikes and washes everything away with it sometimes. Each new level of clearing brings with it emotional pain and sometimes that emotional pain is so overwhelming that you just want to run away from it - but really I ask you - does that help…? In conflict situations is it not always best to open the channels of communication with the other person? - realising that what has been triggered in you is not necessarily something that the other person has done wrong, but that they have held up a mirror for you to see yourself clearly, or more precisely, to see what is within you that is yet to be healed. Rather than blasting the other person and shutting them out, try to stay centred and open to them - try to keep your heart open. When two beings can come together from a place of unconditional love for each other, then this is a place where true healing can occur. If, after holding that space for each other, you can truly say that this person should no longer be in your life, then ok, let it go with grace, but care should be taken at the outset of this process that decisions are not made by the pain body or lower ego self. Perhaps these were just old patterns or behaviours that were coming up to be healed and released…

It seems too that there is a lot of anger and resentment coming up to be cleared at the moment - some beings perceive this as unfairness and injustice - things that were done to them that they had no control over… It feels very disempowering when this type of wounding comes up and instinctually, when we are in the grip of an ego moment, our "fight or flight" response is triggered, sometimes bringing heart palpitations with it, adrenal stress and anxiety - that feeling of being trapped or powerless… but be still for a moment… are you really trapped in this situation or is your pain body remembering a time when you trapped or disempowered? Is this a real and valid response to what is occurring in your life at this time? Is this real or illusion? Be still… go into your heart and feel it…. and don't make any rash decisions until you allow the knowingness of your heart to come through.

During the last few days, we have seen several earthquakes in Indonesia and the tsunami in Samoa. Whenever the earth moves in such a big way, there is an outpouring of grief that comes up through the earth grids. Without doubt, this can affect you if you are a sensitive soul, as it brings up masses of grief and trauma from the collective consciousness - particularly if you are an earth grid channeller, and forgot to have awareness of that for a moment, you might think this is your grief and react accordingly. Again, don't act hastily, find your centre and let it pass through you. For those beings who are sensitive to earthbound energies or souls passing over, of course when there is a mass exodus from the planet, this energy can be felt also - I always feel it very strongly in my heart, like I can't breathe so well, it's difficult to take deep breaths, but that's all you can do really, just breathe… again, just allow it to pass through you, without attachment.

At the same time as all this emotional stuff we are dealing with, I am also aware that many of us are really beginning to step into "the truth of who we are" - or certainly more of our truth that we have ever been able to access before. We are changing our behaviour; we are responding differently, we are dressing differently!! If we are able to remain conscious for long enough, we can see that through the various challenges and experiences we have drawn into our reality we are learning and growing on a daily basis. Being conscious of our thoughts in every moment, the repeating tape recording that used to play us "self-doubt" tapes is gradually be replaced by a "step in to your own empowerment" tape! Opportunities are coming from all directions, we just have to be awake enough to see them rather than remaining complacent and half asleep, which may have been our pattern in the past.

Lots of things in our lives seem to be on and off also. You get an offer on your house, and then it's retracted. You get an invitation to an event, and then the event is cancelled. Stop, start, and stop start. Just as you think you are getting some type of foundations built, the plans get changed and a massive change of direction comes through. This is all about finding ourselves and finding our rightful place. As we are growing, we are re-aligning and sometimes the fit feels perfect for a moment, then we go into self-doubt and call a halt to the proceedings, just to find ourselves having to go back again and pull it all together because the fit was perfect after all… These situations are coming up to teach us more about being present in the now moment and recognising it … if you are happy where you work right now, that's good, stay there - when you are no longer happy then move. If you are happy with your partner right now, that's perfect - you'll either grow together or you'll grow apart and you'll deal with that if and when it happens. We don't really know what the future has in store for us - we may have a vision and sometimes we get it right and sometimes we get it wrong. If we knew everything in our future for sure there'd be no need to be here, there'd be no growth, no learning. Live in the moment, be happy in the moment.

And so with things as intense as they are right now, I think, we just have to try to remain standing in this storm, keeping our heads above water and trying not to take things personally… November has been indicated as being full steam ahead with a series of different frequencies beginning to flow in, in heavy succession. We have a month to get stabilised and balanced - letting go of resistance to what is in the now, will assist you in preparing for times to come.

Becoming Conscious - September Newsletter

Call your power back!!

From mid August, if we were able to bring to completion a few remaining issues, we were able to step in to a new timeline that was presented to us. I did not foresee that this timeline shift was coming but I was aware that it had suddenly dropped in as I felt it, and I then began to hear the experiences of people around me and I realised that it was indeed so, which is very exciting. (If we were unable or unwilling to complete what was required and let go of trying to control, these few weeks may have been pretty bumpy for you …).

As we know though, the Ascension waves are coming thick and fast and no sooner were we feeling the excitement and anticipation of what the new timeline would bring, we were getting smashed by the next wave bringing up more stuff to be cleared. This time it has been all around clearing gender issues on all levels. Not only male abuse of the females but also female abuse of the males, not so much talked about but equally devastating. Domination, suppression and disempowerment - all trademarks of a nephilim reversal programme… (if you want further details of this please email me). When a person is dominated, suppressed and disempowered they are unable to see or feel their Divinity, the God Presence that they are is unrecognised within them. Oftentimes these beings seem to be locked into a programme or pattern that repeats itself over and over. Well the Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, so if we hold the frequency of one who is dominated, suppressed and disempowered we will attract into our reality that very thing for us to experience once again, until such time as we are able to recognise that programme or pattern within us, raise our frequency, shift the pattern and call our power back. Even if a person who is dominated, suppressed and disempowered is able to know on a mental level that they are God, it is only when they embody that knowing at a heart level that they are fully able to clear that programme - then they become empowered as they begin to "know themselves as God". They may then also be able to keep their heart open with compassion and gratitude for those who played a role in their empowerment process. Difficult and painful learning, but the most difficult challenges often bring the greatest rewards.

In news headlines recently many terrible stories of children (boys and girls) and young women being held captive as sex slaves, hypnotised and raped, are being uncovered. This is a necessary part of the clearing process and whilst these are indeed terrible and traumatic events that we may feel very deeply as pain in our hearts, it would be wise for us to not absorb the fear vibration that is necessarily carried along with this type of news article. Instead, we may perhaps open our hearts and send love and compassion to all those involved. The perpetrators themselves do not know themselves as God, they are not able to resource themselves from within and they think they need to acquire their energy by taking it from another person in that way. These beings, on another level, are just as enslaved as the person they are holding captive, as they are unable to feel love, so far removed they are from the intention of the Divine Human (Blueprint) and the model upon which it was created, which is the energy of Christ Consciousness or the Cosmic Christ.

Conscious or unconscious, this wave of gender clearing is affecting everybody - some of us are experiencing bloating and swelling around the abdomen area, women possibly having painful periods or cramping and still others of us finding ourselves turning to food for comfort (an addiction pattern held in the sacral chakra - recognise it, witness it and don't give your power away to it!).

Lots of issues around sexuality or promiscuity may come up as part of this gender clearing too. Males and females have the ability to manipulate and dominate through their use of sex - become conscious of whether the person trying to seduce you is working from their sacral chakra or their heart, and be honest about your own intentions too… accept nothing less than heart based union!

So stepping into September, and the first days of Spring here in Australia, bringing fresh new energy and new growth potential. We have a full moon coming on the 5^th and as always that's a great time to let go of anything that's no longer aligned with where you're at or where you're going. That's difficult sometimes… but we have a bit of a completion number coming up also - 9/9/09 - so we're being pushed to do this… Certainly we've had a whole series of trinities this year, with important festivals, eclipses and planets all lining up in a trinitized form over and over, so to ignore this trinity of completion numbers could be a mistake. Perhaps take some time to look at this, there may be nothing left to let go of, or you may be holding on to something that REALLY needs to be completed this time. If you are able to complete this something then perhaps a great opportunity of stepping forward will present itself to you in a much unexpected way - a new event horizon may be revealed... Worth remembering too, that letting go is not always about letting go of people, places or things - it can also be about letting go of old patterns of behaviour, restrictions or limitations that no longer serve you. Let go of anything that holds you back from the giving and receiving of pure heart love…

For those of us who have been on the Ascension path for a while now, we are getting quite good at recognising limiting patterns of behaviour in ourselves and others - if we miss one in ourselves and we're fortunate, we have great friends who point out these patterns to us in an unconditional way… and when we are conscious of them, we can then make the necessary changes to remove these patterns in ourselves. However, sometimes, our loved ones, family and friends are not so happy with our newfound awareness of these patterns, particularly if our patterns of behaviour have been surrogating them in any way. When we break these patterns and call back our power, many times there is some sort of a reaction or negative projection sent flying in our direction. Try to have compassion for this other being - you have just changed the rules for them - they will now have to begin to take responsibility for themselves and they are really uncomfortable with that. Squirming in their seat with discomfort probably - but there you go, that's how it is on the ascension ladder. We didn't come here to carry anyone else's stuff for them. If your personal truth and choices have triggered them to such a degree that they react with anger or rage then they have some stuff that they should be looking at - but it's not yours, don't get attached to it - you can observe it but let it pass through. Practice holding your light and staying centred in your own Truth. Other people don't like it when you change the plans they had for you…

Perhaps more than ever before it is a time for us to be aligning to our Truth, speaking our Truth and holding and living by our Truth. If we are creating our own reality why would we want anything less than the Truth, there can be no other way really.

If your particular experience of life is difficult or stressful at the moment, try to come back to basics and find the joy in the small things. Appreciate the beauty in nature perhaps or take more time to share space with loved ones. Remove yourself from the past, don't delve into the future, just be present and in the moment as much as you are able. It's about what you think, feel and do right now in this moment that counts. Living in truth, integrity and pure heart centred love builds the energetic architecture upon which the platform of your experience in this reality is built. Wouldn't you rather do this through quiet conscious thought than through random reactions based on old programmes that you're still running…?

Becoming Conscious - August newsletter

Breaking through and finding Freedom!

Straight off, into the first week of July - on the 7^th to be exact - we experienced the first lunar eclipse of this triad. These energies came through extremely powerfully as they contained masses of ascension coding. For the Way Showers and those stepping more into Leadership roles this coding brought up for us a deep urgency to remember the reason that we came here - we already knew that we are always connected but the need to remember very clearly what we should be doing next was all consuming. The codes were also affecting those just beginning to awaken - just sharing the experience of the codes with some was enough to reduce them to tears.

For those of us ready and willing, this provided another opportunity to step up a level - leaving more behind, once again- but we are now recognising that this part is inevitable if we are to keep on growing and ascending. The test once again is the letting go and it can be so difficult when we feel safe and secure where we are. And even if we are not feeling safe and secure, the stepping into an uncertain future is still just too much for some of us and we are holding back and holding back, delaying that final leap, that spring off the diving board!

This lunar eclipse brought up things that we still need to look at… if we were lucky we will also have been given a quick vision of what is to come next if we are able to leap - the proverbial dangling carrot!!

This energy seemed also to be supporting those with issues from their childhood to finally clear some of the memory and trauma and to claim empowerment from the release of that. Once again we were shown that if we could find a way to let go of the past that the future will be beautiful.

In the third week of July we experienced a powerful solar eclipse - numbers of people were experiencing nausea and vomiting, stomach cramps and digestive issues at around this time too - the solar energy impacting the solar plexus bringing up the need to control for some and for others the need to break free, be in truth and be who they truly are at a soul level. Feeling like we were at our wits end with people, places, and jobs was common. Many people feeling absolutely like they had been put through the wringer.

In the first week of August we had a full moon lunar eclipse, completing this triad of energies and I sense a completion from that energy, perhaps a little time to reflect now before we get all fired up by Mars who will be travelling close to the Earth this month.

We have moved into August now and a massive shift has begun to be evident with many of us stepping more and more into our truth and self mastery. It is like a flower that blooms in spring and announces that "I've arrived". For those beings that are at this point, there is an absolute knowingness that everything has changed within them and life can really never be the same again. Through all of the work that we've had to do to get to this point, suddenly over the course of just a couple of days, we are changed and transformed - from a caterpillar to a butterfly and we unfold our wings and breathe and we feel so free…

However, we have been shackled for so long we have forgotten how it feels to be able to move and express ourselves freely so this is a new feeling for many of us and is sometimes mixed with both feelings of exhilaration and trepidation, a bit like finding yourself behind the wheel of a high powered racing car when you only passed your driving test two days ago! Feeling a bit shaky perhaps?

At this level we are seeing that we are absolutely able to co-create our future reality. Through surrender to Divine Will, that which was possible is now becoming probable and we can absolutely see our part in that as we are creating our future with our thoughts and where we place our thoughts we immediately begin to draw that experience in towards us - from creator to manifestor of our own reality. The more you develop and become aware the quicker you will begin to manifest and that is why you must remain vigilant and fully present, you must be conscious of what you are drawing in. If you allow yourself to act unconsciously even for a moment it will come right back at you and you'll have to deal with it. More and more levels of truth and integrity are being brought up to be seen in surprising ways as we all move towards a time when we become transparent to each other.

There is a group of us who are more than willing to move forward, though, we seem to be in a holding pattern… we're doing our work, we're holding our light and we're just waiting for take off but nothing seems to be coming through. This is an interesting place to be in… it's a place that begs us to just Be … don't fall asleep though, as the signs will be delivered oh so clearly, but only when the time is right. Timing is so important right now…for many things.

For others of us, we are still in a place of uncertainty and trying to make things work and get things in order. In this current timeline, when we are being so pushed, the more we resist something the more pain it seems to cause us - life feels like a struggle and we feel absolutely tormented on a mental level as we try to find a way out of the situation that we find ourselves in. How do we create a happy life from a place that feels so dark?

As time is speeding up so much now we're in a time of learning to take responsibility for our choices and some of the really bad ones are smacking us in the face right now, begging to be dealt with, but still we seem to resist making the necessary changes as all of our fear comes up. Fear is something that we don't always recognise as it comes up so subtly at first. We have become masters at ignoring the subtle signs and we only seem to become aware when we have allowed things to get so huge that we are then almost paralysed and we become trapped in the fear.This has happened to so many of us that we don't even see it anymore it's become so normal, but we have actually created a population of beings who all live in the fear vibration and will not move out of it. For some, the only way out now is to have something so massive happen that things absolutely cannot stay the same - hence our economic crisis and next, a health crisis.

Have you noticed how many people around you are getting sick? They are being pushed to shift their consciousness to the next level, they still have choices but their future outcome depends on what choice they make now. Accept the challenge and embrace the opportunity to change, even though it will mean a lot of work, or reject it and watch the gradual decline.

I commented a week or so ago to a friend, that this is the start… I could feel the intensity and pressure that people are under and they are beginning to feel the strain of this. Quite simply, if you haven't started much of anything yet, you have to get your work done now, you can't put it off any longer - its time to buckle down and stop playing around and get things in order.

For those of us who have been doing our work quite intensively over a long period of time (and please be honest with yourself here about how much you've actually been doing - delusion is a sneaky beast!), Guidance has been telling me that we need to have some fun… we need the physical stuff, hanging out with great friends, good conversation a bit of good food perhaps and grounding all of our spiritual energy into the physical body with movement and exercise. This group of beings is spending so much time in the spirit realms that we really need that physicality right now to prevent burnout - grounding the higher energies all the way down into our lower three chakras which is an area we often try to avoid as it feels so much nicer to stay "up there". Being in our base and sacral chakras, when they are appropriately cleared and upgraded, does not need to bring us down to base level in the way that we used to know these two chakras and provided that we can remain conscious in our dealings through this level we can actually achieve divine creative/sexual expression and physicalisation of higher energies on to the planet. This also brings through into the third chakra our ability to manifest in a very conscious and truthful way. In fact the only way the higher energies CAN ground is if we take it in and ground it - our staying with our head up in the clouds doesn't really do the job, does it? That said, this is not an invitation for everyone to run around having loads of fun everywhere - this invitation is for those who have higher energies to ground and need a little relief and physical upgrade. Our spiritual work and meditation practices will still continue even as we play as they have become a way of life for us.

I have begun to see on the etheric levels - the Divine or Sacred Union. The coming together of two partners each of them balanced in their masculine/feminine energies and creating together an energy so intense and electrifying that it completely lights up the body and through the exchange of their energy together they are creating the template for the Christ principle as an energetic reality thereby templating the ascension process on the earth. I have absolutely seen the level of light code activation within each body that is required for this Divine Union to take place and as we step in to higher and higher levels of self mastery we begin to create this as a probable future timeline for ourselves - it's going to happen, it's just a matter of when and with whom as this goes far beyond physical/sexual attraction - this is pure alchemy - pure magic! Sacred ecstasy and bliss!

And so, we keep moving forwards, clearing, surrendering and upgrading our energetic bodies and taking in more and more light. We are finding our truth and speaking our truth. Breaking through the illusions and lifting the veil and the work continues as we find our way home to wholeness and union within the Zero Point God Matrix.

Becoming Conscious - July 2009

The Truth will set you Free!!

For much of June we were being extremely pushed to find our truth. So many things that we thought we had already dealt with just seemed to be coming up again and again. It felt so frustrating and sooo heavy - to the point that we wondered how we were going to get through - IF we were going to get through…

In the last week of June it was feeling like a toxic pea soup - of cosmic proportions!

So what we've just been through, appeared to me to be like another level of removing the old scaffolding of belief structures, situations and people.These things were our safety net - we knew where we were, we knew were we were going and we felt safe that what we believed in was real, stable and strong. Even our thought processes were beyond doubt because we knew we were completely on track. However towards the end of May and into June all that began to change. We should have known it really with that triad of energies that I spoke of last month coming through. Well we did know it, we just didn't see the reality of it or the enormity to which it would "rock our boat"! Waves and waves of emotions coming up to be seen, processed and released, leaving some of us bobbing out there on the ocean of emotion all on our own.

We were really being required to look at our truth, to see what is in alignment for us, but so many of us got taken over by fear and we forgot to let go - it's the holding on that's so uncomfortable.

As more and more of what made us feel secure was seemingly taken away from us, we were required to reach deep within just to make it through some days. Going deep into our core to find out what we are really made of. For some, it was just too much, too overwhelming and we broke down over and over, until there was nothing left and we reached a point of surrender. Letting go of everything we were trying to hold on to and sometimes the letting go was not so gentle.

And even as those of us on a spiritual path know that we are meant to let go and surrender (to Divine Will), the letting go is not always easy as we know that by letting go we are stepping in to the unknown - the proverbial leap of faith… if I let go of my job (even though I know I'm not in the right place) will I find another? If I let go of my belief system (even though I'm having doubts) will I be outcast from my group or family? If I let go of my partner (even though things don't feel right) will I be on my own forever? The fear of being alone if we make these changes can be frightening - even though we are told "we are never really alone". But we need something tangible to make us believe - we need a sign - we need something… it's like when we learnt to ride our first two wheeler bike - we were fine with our parent holding on and running along beside us - but the minute we thought they had let go we wobbled and fell off!

Well this is it - it's showtime! Our parent is letting go of the bike and we have the choice to keep on riding strong and straight or to wobble and fall off. Wouldn't it be so much easier if we just got over the fear and got on with the job - got on with what we came here to do - riding our own bikes strong and free without the need to have someone hold on to us forever?

So through June we had lots of fear coming up, lots of things to look at about ourselves and lots of decisions to make. It got to the point of overwhelm for some but for those of us who were more able to hold our centre we began to see it all swirling around us. We were able to observe from a place of non-attached receptivity and we said to ourselves "I don't really know what's happening at the moment, I'm just observing it, I'm just feeling it and allowing it all to play out exactly as it needs to… trusting that all IS in Divine Order even if I don't understand it yet".

On another level, through this time I have been observing much of the mind control programmes that we are held under here on planet earth, beginning to break down and collapse. As more and more of us step into our truth, timeline structures are shifting and changing - no longer held in place so strongly by the masses, certain timelines (expected outcomes or event horizons) and being displaced. These collapsing timelines also contribute to that feeling of uncertainty about the future - we're ok when we think we can see the future but when a timeline collapses we can't quite see it anymore - the future becomes fluid once again, waiting to be created. Free will and choice reign once again when we are released from a mind control programme. It's ironic - we think we have free will and choice but we are actually being controlled and swept along by a programme that we don't even see we are in! (watch The Matrix again!)

As always with collapsing timelines, there is much debris being thrown up to the surface to be cleared - hence the toxic pea soup effect. Those beings who had you signed in to a mind control programme will be none too happy that you've extracted yourself from the web and can throw up all sorts of stuff at you to make you self-doubt and go back. This type of behaviour links back to the reptilian/nephilim control grids of the planet and is playing out strongly at the moment through the male population and particularly those with "the need to control".

For those males choosing to step in to their spirituality at this time, there is much support as the path has already been walked before them, but the challenge is to be able to see that they too have been controlled and programmed to think and act in a certain way as a male on this planet. That is what they are trying to break free from, as they have been programmed to believe that a male who is in touch with his spiritual self and who is open in his heart centre, is somewhat less than them in the male department.

In those males who are making other choices at this time we will begin to see more issues around the heart and lung area as their hearts are being pushed to open, yet they are resisting, or alternatively they will still try to run their emotions through their sacral chakra (instead of feeling emotion in the heart), and they will begin to express more control issues around sex, money and gambling even to the point of addictions in some.

For both male and female alike, one of the signs to recognise that you are in a mind control program is that you just don't have to think for yourself! Something has been organised and arranged for you and you just have to go along with it - it all runs on auto-pilot - you don't have to think for yourself because you've given your power away!

So as we've stepped into July now, the energy has already begun to change quite considerably. Just in this last week or so the energy has lightened and it is no longer looking so much like a pea soup out there - much more light is coming through and it feels like the first days of spring!

Many more light beings are beginning to show their presence to us and we are beginning to get more information about our purpose and role here at this time. To be able to receive this, you need to have done some clearing work though. Your energy field needs to be light enough to receive the downloads and this can only be achieved through you doing your own personal work. Not hiding from issues that you don't want to deal with, but facing them full on and finding your own personal truth about the things that come up in your day to day life. When you have released from your heart and opened, then more light can come in and the effect is cumulative so it "just keeps getting better!"

I think "The Truth will set you Free!!" should become our mantra! It is so personally liberating to be able to speak your truth - finally - to come out and be seen for who you truly are, with no fear as you KNOW all is in Divine Order.

It's interesting how, when we do come out and speak our truth, there are always repercussions… like dropping a huge boulder into a lake and watching the ripples go out across the surface. Sometimes the ripples hit the bank and come right back at you but that's when you really have to hold your centre and hold strong to your truth. Those around you may be uncomfortable with your truth and project back at you or they may try to confuse you by twisting your words around to make it sound like you said something different but hold strong and don't be diverted. Use your personal discernment to FEEL what is in truth and what is in alignment for you. Your words may not be well received but you need to decide if you are living your life or someone else's. Who is writing the script of your life - you? Or have you given your power away to another? Who decides for you?

It's been interesting to note also, that those of us who are on a tight timeline (meaning that we are meant to be stepping in to our next level of leadership right now or very soon), are being pushed to clear things up big time! If we are not quite able to face it yet or we are procrastinating we are being removed from the equation and Spirit seems to be dealing with things for us - but not always in the most comfortable way. For example, if you have an issue at work that you really need to speak up about but have been avoiding, you may find yourself taken out of the picture for a week or so being really ill at home, while matters are dealt with. If you have been wanting to leave work to change your career but going into fear over whether you can manage financially or not, you might find that your job leaves you very suddenly giving you little or no chance to prepare. But the fact that matters are being dealt with for you in this way, is not a reason to ignore things or procrastinate so that you won't have to deal with it yourself! You are meant to be doing this for yourself remember! Spirit is giving you a push in the right direction maybe - but it was an opportunity (or an initiation) to step into your power and mastery that you missed! So much better to have empowered yourself by taking the necessary steps than to have it done for you. As we know with all lessons - it will come around again if you don't deal with it now.

All these situations were set up for you to begin to master yourself and your life. Learning to override your ego and fear. All set up to make you strong so that as you step into your next levels of mastery and leadership you have all the skills to hand and you are strong. So that you have a strong spiritual backbone!

We took on this mission all on our own and it is only us that can complete it. We need to be strong to do that so these challenging times are all about making us strong.

So many people on a spiritual path ask their guides and teachers "bring me psychic vision", or "let me see my life purpose", or "give me the power to be a great healer and help lots of people" (etc) - and yet can these people even speak their truth? Have they put themselves out there as a healer? (or do they think they're not good enough) Are they willing to come out and speak about their passion? (or do they feel embarrassed and shy) Are they even brave enough to admit to their families that they meditate and read books about spirituality? (or do they fear the judgement of those who love them the most). Can they come out of the "closet" and be seen for who they truly are? Can we fulfil our life purpose and mission if we're too embarrassed to speak it?

So while some of us are being pushed at great speed, others of us are feeling quite calm and still. If you are feeling pretty stationary right now, know that your timeline is waiting for you… everything is being set in place for you - but please use the time constructively - you're meant to be keeping productive - its definitely not time to take a little holiday or a detour, as if you do you might not be in the right place and the right time. When your timeline arrives you need to be ready to see the opportunities and step in without fear.

So, coming on 7^thJuly we have a lunar eclipse and on 21st/22nd July a new moon solar eclipse - these alone will be joining to bring us another powerful month which will reveal much that has yet to be seen. Some turbulence may be expected with so much lunar/solar activity around, but as always, try to stay centred in your truth, don't engage in others' power plays and remain Sovereign.

Challenges and Rewards

Times are challenging as we are being pushed to clear up anything that is not in alignment with our path and where we are going - and it feels like we've been doing this for such a long time already…

Our True Lives seem so close, we may even have had a glimpse into the future of what could be possible for us, and yet the pull back to the old way is so real and strong.

The doubt in our minds just keeps coming up - trying to pull us back into the old programmes.

We find ourselves in a tug of war situation between the comfort of the lives we already know and the uncertainty of the future. Even if our lives are less than perfect sometimes the uncertainty of the future can seem just too much for us to risk stepping into.

As we move along our pathway, pushing ever forward and upward, the path appears harder… as we leave behind homes, jobs and people we have loved - so much hoping that those people will join us on the path but knowing and accepting that they have free will and choice also - they may not be choosing this path at this time.

It is a fact that many of us are the Way-Showers - many will follow us and still others will choose not to. We have to be ok with that, remembering that we chose this path for ourselves and we must have the courtesy to allow others to choose for themselves also.

Is every path a spiritual path? In a sense I feel that it is, because every path we take at this new level must be spirit driven - driven by your Spirit, driven by your passion, driven by your heart. We are not all destined to become spiritual teachers, but your Spirit may drive you to create beautiful artwork that inspires and uplifts others, you may be driven to share with others your skill or talent, you may be inspired to work on a much needed support programme for a certain group within the community. Whatever is within your heart, whatever Spirit drives you towards, may form part or a whole of your personal destiny path, trust it, feel it, go and create it! Allow your own divine spiritual force to work through you in this way.

The most important things coming up for us at the moment are truth and integrity - without this in your life you have nothing. As so much of our old structures are being broken down and left behind, we are looking for integrity and we are looking for truth as a sort of marker or point of stability as we move forwards into a new and as yet uncreated future landscape. If it is not in truth, if there is any control or manipulation involved, it will not hold in the new landscape - it will leave your life - relationships, jobs, belief systems, ways of being…

We have been learning to feel that resonance of truth in our hearts and in an uncertain future we know that if we can return to that feeling we will always be "on track". If it is not feeling resonant in your heart, it needs to be attended to. If there is a discordant or disharmonious note on your piano you would attend to it, knowing that any music ever played while that disharmonious note remained would be less than what you were hoping to create, less than perfect harmony. When we have a discordant or disharmonious sound or feeling with our hearts, the same will apply, you will be creating something less than what you hoped for - a disharmony, imbalance, dis-ease. It may be harder to deal with, than an out of tune note on the piano, but vital nonetheless, if you are to live a harmonious and melodic life in the New World.

If we address the out of tune notes, we can create harmony in every area of our lives. If we try to ignore them, they will always be there, we will begin to create pieces of music that avoid that note so that we don't have to listen to the disharmony that it creates, there will be a range of music that we can never ever play because full participation of all the notes of the keyboard would be required, but for us that is just not possible as we failed to address the issue of the out of note key. Other notes on the keyboard may begin to break down also and your range of music will become more and more limited over time. You will be creating music at a rate of much less than your true potential, because you failed to attend to the issue when it first came up.

When discordant notes come into our lives, we feel them and we hear them. Many of us have also become Masters at ignoring them! As we prepare to step into the New and True, there will be no room for this anymore - anything that is not in harmony with who we truly are, where we are going and what we are creating must be addressed and dealt with.

During the recent Mercury retrograde, much has been brought up for us to see. Old relationships have reared their heads, old patterning has come up to be seen, we are seeing the truth behind many people that had played a completely different role for many years, as if they had been acting as another character completely and now they are coming out to be seen in their truth. There have been many shocks, upsets and disappointments through this period of time and some of these will take enormous strength to overcome and pull ourselves back into balance from - and therein lies a Test from Spirit. How committed to the New and True are you? How much are you willing to let go of, that is no longer in alignment for you? How much do you want to walk in the New World? All of this driven to push you to remember your contract - what you came here to do - who you truly are? Did you come here to be tied to a job you hate, working for a bully? Did you come here to be married to a spouse who mistreats, abuses or ignores you? Is this a test of endurance as to how long you can stay in your painful life for? Is it meant to be that way?

If there are things in your life that are not in alignment for you and you feel it in your heart, what will it take for you to address it or walk away from it? Are you trying to hold it and control it? Can you surrender to your Spirit? If you feel fear that something may have to leave your life if you surrender to Spirit, then you are already aware that there is a disharmonious note playing somewhere in your life. Spirit will not take away anything that is in alignment for you - we are only required to drop the baggage, old negative patterns and items past their expiry dates. Anything that is current, fresh, vital, life giving and harmonious will be staying! And a big truthful shake up, may be all that is required to bring the harmony back into something! Ignoring the issues will never bring harmony on its own, you have to do something towards making it right. Action speaks louder than words in this case!

Through the shake up, the level of discord will be clearly seen and felt - the right words may be said but it will be the feeling that tells the truth, along with the actions that are taken next, to either re-tune that note or ignore it once again because it is just too hard to deal with and someone might have to change something…

So as we weather this storm and continue moving forward, addressing things as they come up, some of us are feeling a bit battered by this storm. In recent months its been big, with many things just appearing out of the blue and side swiping us. Each time we pick ourselves up and realign. But sometimes, it can make you wonder what on earth we are doing, are we on track? What's it all for? We can look around us and see many people whose lives look ok, they don't seem to be bothered by the storms that take us down - how is that possible? Maybe we should give up? Maybe we're doing something wrong? So much self-doubt has been creeping in - again, allow yourself to hear the gentle voice of Spirit - how much do you want this? Do you have the stamina? - only the strong ones can make it across the finish line. I see many of the "old time healers" going under in the struggle - for some of them, they've been holding the light for us for such a long time that they are just too tired to continue on - but even in those last moments many of them can hold their integrity and truth and will be boosted forwards on that alone. Those who cannot hold that will drop by the wayside, as will we if we cannot hold, as integrity and truth are absolute requirements in our New Lives.

There seems to be though, a feeling of Expectation in the air. We are waiting for something… Waiting for a new dawn to arrive… Waiting for the birth process to finally be over and it is a very exciting time. For those of us who have cleared the issues we have a clear path ahead upon which to walk. We feel a sense of achievement for all that we have overcome and we are indeed stepping in as the Way-Showers. We are leading by example, in every moment of our lives, we are in truth, in integrity and fully congruent - we are not saying one thing and then doing another - if we make mistakes, we admit them honestly and openly, accepting it as part of our learning and we ARE open to learning because we know that we will need some new skills if we are to succeed in to the exciting but unseen future. And its close now - just there, over the horizon…

As so as we move forwards into June and the opening of the 8^th Gate, the full moon and the Solstice - we know that we will be bombarded with lots of new frequencies once again. More energy to integrate and physicalise, but that's the good part because we know that we will be receiving whatever the next appropriate level or coding of energy that is perfect for us to support our awakening and remembering process. With the influx of these energies, comes new interdimensional connection points and off planet support, as we all work towards ascension and Unity Consciousness. Without the correct planetary and stargate alignments and influxes of energy the planet could not ascend, we could not ascend en masse. This is indeed a truly exciting time in our planetary and human history.

Many new star beings are arriving on the planet now also and many of the adult starseeds and indigos that have been in a deep sleep are beginning to wake up. Some will have a steady awakening and others will need to awaken very quickly - some having resisted waking up for some time already - and we will be called up to support them in their awakening process. It is time also for many humans to wake up and I think its fair to say that the process of an awakening human and an awakening starseed or indigo are somewhat different. Not least because they are wired differently but more importantly they have a different purpose.

In our support of these newly awakening beings I would say be gentle - hold a space of openness for them to search for the information that they personally require, and understand that their needs may be different than yours. You may suggest to them books to read, classes to attend, websites to look up and you may have interesting discussions, but remember the role your ego plays in this - you are not there to astound and overwhelm them with your knowledge - you are there to hold a space and support them. You are also not there to surrogate them. You cannot do this work for them - it has to be driven by them, for them - not because you want them to wake up quickly! You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink and you have to accept that.

Becoming Conscious is not something that you study, get a straight A grade and then you're done! It is a continual, daily evolvement… it requires you to be conscious for as many moments a day as possible, it requires a connection with your Spirit, it requires you to look at your ego and your shadow self, it requires you to look at all your ugly bits! It is infinitely more difficult to be conscious than to not. It is a choice and the tests will be great and they can be painful too.

But having come this far - can we ever truly go back? Once you are conscious of so much, can you turn it off and pretend that you don't know what your heart is really telling you…?
