I am passionate about my work in the areas of Spiritual Development and Soul Growth, working to help others realise their true potential in life, assisting them to heal and develop on all levels of their being.

I hold a deep belief in the benefits of Spiritual Meditation as a means to connect with one's true self and thus be able to receive the spiritual guidance available to each and every one of us.

My interest in meditation and energy first began whilst living in Asia, where I spent literally hundreds of hours in the temples of the East, learning to sense, feel and see energy.

From there my journey of self discovery began and lead by Spirit I was moved to study many forms of energy work and healing modalities including aromatherapy, reflexology and crystal healing. I also hold a B.Sc (Hons) in Holistic Nutrition, am a certified Angel Intuitive and hold Masterships in Usui Shiki Ryoho, Usui Reiki Ryoho and Karuna Reiki. As a Spiritual Healer and Medium I studied at the world renowned Arthur Findlay College in England to further develop my own psychic and mediumship abilities and the teaching of meditation skills to deepen my understanding of Altered States of Consciousness, Trance and Channelling. Working within these modalities, I have spent the past 12 years helping and guiding others to open to their own spirituality and uncover their hidden gifts and talents.

Through the deeper states of meditation I was guided to discover my own shamanic abilities enabling me to confidently deal with issues of darkness and Light and through the unlocking of past lifetimes in the Atlantean and Egyptian temples I began working with crystal grids to access knowledge and wisdom held at higher frequencies.

The learning and deeper understanding didn't stop there and gradually during meditation and the dream states Spirit showed me many advanced and high frequency techniques, grids and templates and I began to understand the Sacred Geometry and Lightbody Technology that I now see in my work.

The advanced levels of training that I received, both from teachers on the physical plane and those in Spirit form have over time come together to enable me to develop my own unique way of working with clients and students.

Many years ago I was told by Spirit that part of my contract was "to help to make transformational changes in the lives of others", and I believe that I am now able to do this in a most profound way.
