Tools and techniques to help raise your
frequency and heal yourself
We are at a time of major transformation into a golden age, and as we move towards 2012 and the ascension of the planet we will face many changes as we go forward. Our individual journeys through such a process of change will bring up many old patterns and behaviours that we will have to break through in order to raise our own consciousness in alignment with the earth.
95% of our ascension process is about clearing emotional trauma, pain and fear from the energy field. This workshop will teach you specific techniques to clear the emotional body so that you can raise your vibration and take more light into your body to assist you in making the changes as you lift your frequency. You will also discover why we often resist these changes and where our struggle comes from.
Throughout this experiential workshop you will learn how to sense your own energy field, and how to keep the energy field clear and vibrant with a variety of spiritual housekeeping techniques.
As our bodies prepare for ascension, strange physical symptoms may occur - these are known as lightbody symptoms. You will come to understand what these 'symptoms' mean, and what you can do to support your body through its transformation process.
A lively discussion will help you gain a real understanding of your own process of transformation. It is the ideal opportunity for you to find the answers to questions that are relevant to your own process, and as the answers are revealed you will move forward feeling empowered by your own personal ascension process.
By the end of the day you will have developed a deeper understanding of the changes in your awareness, and physical life at the various levels of lightbody activation. And also feel equipped to work through your own process with a better understanding as to how these changes in consciousness will affect you as we align with the planet in preparation for the 2012 shift.

Explore the path of the Shaman on an experiential journey of inner discovery.
Connect with the essence of your power animals and animal totems by calling upon and embracing their unique energy. As you learn to align with their power and embody their energy, you will gradually come to know a deeper sense of inner strength. You will find that by calling upon your power animals when needed, they will assist you in dealing with life's challenges in a more empowered way.
As we embrace the ancient indigenous traditions you will learn sacred clearing ceremonies and techniques using native herbs and resins. You will gain a deeper knowledge of the meanings surrounding these clearing and purification ceremonies, and an understanding of why they are considered sacred to the shaman. You will also learn how to work with these traditional ceremonies in your everyday life.
Your psychic abilities will be awakened as you tune into your power animals and translate their wisdom through animal card readings. The reading techniques you will learn can with practice, lead you towards greater insight into personal strengths and characteristics of yourself and others.

Activate your Lightbody Workshop
working with crystal grids and stargates for lightbody activation.
In this workshop we will be working with the energy of crystals, connecting with stargates and drawing upon sacred geometry for the clearing and healing of our physical, mental and emotional bodies. As we open up more to our spiritual self we begin to pull more and more light into our energy field and begin the activation of our lightbody.
Through the activation of our lightbody and the raising of our frequency, we begin to reveal more and more of who we truly are - uncovering inner knowing and wisdom or gifts and talents. Sometimes people refer to this as "knowledge from past lives" - knowledge that has been locked away inside of us just waiting for us to reach the right frequency where it can be accessed.
This is another very experiential workshop so you will be guided, through meditation and the use of specific crystals, to open a connection with an aspect of yourself where you have stored some of this knowledge or gifts and talents thereby enabling you to bring through more of your own personal wisdom - your true self.
