Understanding your Lightbody and Ascension Workshop

**New Workshop coming in February**

This new workshop is designed specifically to give you understanding of the Ascension Process and how it impacts your physical body and consciousness.  We’ll discuss at length “lightbody symptoms”, find out what that term actually means and we’ll look at the changes you might experience in your mental and emotional bodies as you go through this process.

95% of our ascension process is about clearing emotional trauma, pain and fear from the energy field. As these unconscious or suppressed emotions are released we are able to take in more light and begin the activation of levels of our lightbody.

This workshop includes :

• specific techniques to heal the emotional body and clear the mental body from repetitive patterns of self destructive behaviour;
• understanding of the levels of lightbody activation and what to expect at each level;
• understanding as to why we often resist changes and where our struggle comes from;
• specific guidelines on how to support your body physically through the changes with nutrition, superfoods and herbs; as well as
• energetic techniques and meditation exercises to support your clearing and awakening process.

Reconnect to the Crystal Kingdom Workshop

Learn to work with crystal energies, feeling and sensing the energies and developing your awareness of crystals.

From the time of ancient Lemuria and Atlantis we, as humans, have had a strong connection with the Crystal Kingdom, working with crystals in our daily lives. However through the cataclysms at the time of the fall of Atlantis and the misuse and abuse of crystal energies many of us have lost our connection and sensitivity to their beautiful energies.

In this workshop you will be taken on a journey to reconnect with the Crystal Kingdom and once again open your sensitivity to the subtle yet powerful energy of the crystals. Through meditation we will connect with the consciousness of the crystals, learning how to activate them through a deep gratitude and respect for all that they give and for the healing energies that they hold for us and through this reconnection you will develop your ability to tune in to each individual crystal and learn how to work with them.

This is a very experiential workshop with the goal being for you to feel really comfortable working with crystals, be able to perform several crystal healing layouts and also to have opened your awareness to the crystals and feel confident in communicating with them once again.

By the end of the day you will be interacting with the Crystal Kingdom in a whole different way!

- Discover your inner Shaman

Explore the path of the Shaman on an experiential journey of inner discovery. Connect with the essence of your power animals and animal totems by calling upon and embracing their unique energy signatures. As you learn to align with their power and embody their energy, you will gradually come to know a deeper sense of inner strength. You will find that by calling upon your power animals when needed, they will assist you in dealing with life’s challenges in a more empowered way.
As we look into the ancient indigenous traditions you will learn of the sacred clearing ceremonies and techniques employed by the Shaman using native herbs and resins, drums, rattles, trance and meditation. You will gain a deeper understanding of the meaning surrounding these ancient ceremonies and we will discuss their uses today. You will also learn how to work with some of these ceremonies in your everyday life.
Your psychic abilities will be awakened as you tune into your power animals and translate their wisdom through animal card readings. The reading techniques you will learn can, with practice, lead you towards greater insight into the personal strengths and characteristics of yourself and others. 



The Shaman experiences many cycles of death and rebirth on his journey through life to see beyond the veil. Our Shamanic Circle of Fire Ceremony takes you on your own personal journey to see through your illusions, to purify your emotional body and ego, and reveal the truth that lies within you. This Fire Ceremony is an extremely powerful tool which can also be used to help you move through a dark night of the soul, experience forgiveness of yourself or others and to clear deep seated unconscious blocks from your energy field. It’s effects are profound and far reaching as part of your healing and ascension process.

Self Healing for Ascension Workshop

Tools and techniques to help raise your frequency and heal yourself

We are at a time of major transformation on this planet and we are all facing many changes both in ourselves and in the world around us. Our individual journeys through such a process of change will bring up many old patterns and behaviours that we will have to break through in order to raise our own vibration and consciousness.

This personal work, as well as influences from our external reality, can sometimes leave us feeling heavy, tired and confused as slower more dense patterns of energy begin to move through our energy field on the way to being healed and released.

Unfortunately, this process of release can sometimes really slow us down and it is exactly at that time that we could all benefit from some spiritual housekeeping techniques to clean out our energy field!

Fortunately, we can learn to become very quickly aware of these types of energies as they come through and we can also clear them quite simply. In this way, through active participation with our soul’s evolution, we become clearer and more easily open to our personal ascension and healing process.

Activate your Lightbody Workshop

Working with crystal grids and stargates for lightbody activation.

In this workshop we will be working with the energy of crystals, connecting with stargates and drawing upon sacred geometry for the clearing and healing of our multidimensional bodies. As we open up more to our spiritual self we begin to pull more and more light into our energy field and begin the activation of our lightbody.

Through lightbody activation and the raising of our frequency, we begin to reveal more and more of who we truly are – uncovering inner knowing and wisdom, or gifts and talents. Sometimes people refer to this as “knowledge from past lives” but equally it can be “knowledge from future lives” too – knowledge that is locked away inside of us just waiting for us to reach the right frequency for it to be accessed…

This is a very experiential workshop you will be guided, through meditations and the use of specific crystal and grids, to open a connection with an aspect of yourself where you have stored some of this knowledge, gifts or talents thereby enabling you to bring through more of your own unique and personal wisdom.

You will also learn how to use specific crystal grids for healing and activating your lightbody as well as working with individual stargates to raise the frequency of the body.
